hotel located in centre of town. exceelent restaurants nearby. accessible rooms with interconnecting doors exactly what we needed. Helpful and courteous staff: no problems speaking English. Good breakfast choice all fresh and tasty. excellent parking under hotel with direct access from car park, blue badge parking immediately next to lift.

public area comfortable, but no drinks etc in evening, although there was a bar.

The selection was large and the quality was very good. I wanted a hotel in Mulheim K but booked in Mulheim Ruhr. Didn’t know there were two mulheims and I was on business to visit Anuga fair in cologne. So wasted lots of money and time taking trains and taxis.

Just the location related to Anuga but otherwise it is next to the railway station

The male receptionist I like him very much, he is very helpful and very warm welcoming. good take care. Use full service mind i will recoment him ok So let's score.from 01-10. I will give full 10 points for him and i will recomment Holiday inn to my group friend and sharing to the all any way to social as well ...i will come back and stay here again

The quietest hotel I’ve ever been to. Good night sleep guaranteed. Family room with already made sofa bed. We were 2 adults + 2 kids and had plenty of room. Very forthcoming staff.

The breakfast is good but not with many options. You could though take coffee to go and it’s delicious. On that day the pancake maker was broken which would’ve been the highlight for kids

Nice clean modern rooms. Good breakfast spread. Very helpful man at reception who lent me his personal charging cable after I forgot mine and the battery of my phone was about to die. Also advice where to get a cherap replacement cable in Mülheim. Lovely refurbished Mülheim waterfront with loads of restaurants 2 minutes walk from the hotel

Parking was expensive compared to other hotels on Mülheim which have free parking

Beds were comfy and very clean. Hotel was busy but still very quiet. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Close to the riverside and good location for food and drinks. Good alternative location to visit Dusseldorf Messe

Need a hot selection on the breakfast bar. I was stopping for buisness at the dusseldorf messe. it was a large trade show - perhaps a scuttle bus would be a good idea.

For a town centre location it was quiet & clean. The breakfast choice was good, the bed was comfortable & great shower!

The lifts to car park were confusing & bar facilities weren’t good as never saw it open. Could have done with more tea/coffee/milk etc

Clean room and very comfortable bed & sheets. Spacious shower was a great addition. Although not very big, the room was very pleasant.

Missed more vegan options at breakfast. Broader selection of vegetables and plant based milk would be preferable.

They take their cleaning very seriously! Sound proofing. At the centre of the city. Accessible by foot from the Train station, other public transportation as well as the river front. good breakfast and a lots of good restaurants and all-day-cafes to choose from.

considering a city like Mülheim, I felt the prices were a bit on the higher side. Also, it would be nice if the parking was complementary.

The area is one of the sketchiest i've been in my life. Junkies doing dope just across from the breakfast buffet. One of the most unsafe feeling places i've been.
