I didn't have breakfast, therefore I cannot express an opinion on that. The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious. Employee at the desk were very kind and helpful. I found a bottle of water in the room and a welcome letter for a special free treatment at the spa and a discount on the parking. I could not enjoy the spa, but really appreciated the discount.

There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I did not ask for a non-smoker room, because I thought it was anyway forbidden to smoke on the premises. I will do next time.

I like the fitness room, sauna and the total decoration of the hotel which you can use for free till 23 . 👍🏻😘👌 Staffs were quite friendly. And tend to attain to your needs. The location to the Bahnhof was really great easily accessible even to the main centre of all activities . That's just a stone throw from the bus stop. And really in a quiet location as said . But unfortunately the restaurant want opened maybe due to the Pandemic I think but still breakfast was available only we are late eaters but it's beautiful organised spacious room. Feels like home .

I think the price of the breakfast it's alot compared to many hotels . So i think they should think about about adjustment. For 14£ it's a lot for breakfast to make people feel to eat and comfortable.the price could hinder most customers not coming for the buffet . It's quite expensive to be honest . For couples to families. Just my opinion 😁

Lots of space, very clean, and comfy bed. Lots of nice toiletries provided (in big refillable bottles), and a fridge. Breakfast was brilliant, with lots of fresh choices, including a variety of smoothies. (Sadly not possible to sample everything on a 1 night stay!). Good location approx 10 mins walk from the train station.

Sadly let down by the wifi playing up - completely unaccessible for couple of hours first thing in the morning; reception suggested it was probably due to lot of people trying to log on at the same time. But couldn't fix it. (When it did work, it was good). And a shame the bar is currently closed (due to Covid); Gathering round the (well stocked) vending machine wasn't quite the same!

Beds were comfortable for me and the room was a good size. Didn't try it in my stay, but the restaurant and breakfast looked good. Also very walkable to the train station and everywhere in town. Nice amenities in the room, like bottle opener, coffee and tea.

Probably my fault, but I couldn't get the coffee machine in the room to work.

We choosed this hotel for business trip. Very good location in the city, very easy to get from Oberhausen main station, just 7 min walk. Quite and good for short staying. The reception personnel is very polite and helpful, especially Kristin Süßelbeck, who did the best and was very patient to all our booking changes.

There was no bottelled water in the room upon arrival.

The bed was comfy, breakfast was with vegan milk and gluten free Müsli, muffin and some bread options as standard which I appreciated very much. and if you ask you will get Gluten Free rolls as well. I arrived very early and it was possible to check in at 10.30 - so i could leave my luggage and change before my business part of the day. There was a kettle, cups, tea and coffee as well as fridge in the room.

I think the stuff would prefer more modern outfit but it's just my personal opinion. They were very friendly.

The room was quite spacious and was overall clean. The bed was firm, but in a good way. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was good. Friendly and English speaking staff.

The view outside was was concrete and you looked straight into another room. Not something you can change, but that was a downside to the room. The Wifi still isnt working, I have read that on reviews before booking, and it still wasn't fixed.

Very friendly reception staff. Location close to city centre. Good breakfast. Room comfortable.

Climate control in the room. Apart from breakfast, there is absolutely no catering whatsoever. There are just vending machines; regrettably the hotel lacks a place to sit down and have a drink.

Everything was ok , the closeness to train station .just a walk. The AC., Working perfectly, the cute sport studio, the coffee and tea table with water boiler in each room , also the wine & 🍺 glasses are plus thank you.,
