Silent and confortable room and bathroom. Price was high, but there was no many options around.

When we arrived we were ask to wait 40 minutes until room will be adobted to us. ( third bed) But after disscision they let us in and did it later. Dinner in a restaurant was really poor. We got raw schnitzel after 40 minutes waiting..No salt, no spices, no any sous was offered. Just cool schnitzel and fri potatoes which was wormed at microwave. Probably they have not enough staff, as the same girl does barmen, waiters and cooking job...

Staff was extremely friendly. We arrived early, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel and even medication that needed to stay cooled. Always a friendly hello, when entering the hotel. Our upstair neighbors were very loud (at 10.30 am), and after we told this to the reception staff, they immediately went upstairs and the noise stopped. The room was spotless and very comfy (had the family room). Breakfast in the morning was delicious! And the hotel was very central situated (within 5 minutes you were in the mall). When we left we forgot our passports in the room. After a phonecall, they posted our passports and thankfully, within a week, we had them back in our possession! Great hotel, great staff: we are definitely going back!

I really missed a phone in the room.

Nice personnel, good breakfast and great location if you enjoy shopping since the Centro shopping mall is just across the street. Immediately outside the hotel parking lot is a Shell station with inside a KFC.

Not a big deal, but parking is charged 8 EUR, while the parking lot is not closed off and anybody can enter, park the car and leave at any moment.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times before so knew it would be comfortable and good value for money in a location handy for numerous bars and restaurants. The room is basic but comfortable and the shower is excellent. Car parking is spacious and secure.

No tea and coffee making facilities which is disappointing especially as the machine in the bar is also poor.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room and excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were very professional and the exceptional manager seemed to be everywhere including resolving the full car park! I would stay here again happily.

Shower design/installation was a bit strange. Very narrow walk in shower with cheap lever tap on the left side so easy to nudge it and scald yourself when you turn round. Would have been nice to have a fridge/minibar/kettle in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for a concert at the Rudolf-Weber stadium - it was ideally placed and within walking distance of the arena. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and efficient. We were very happy with the accommodation and food and service.

Why no wardrobes in the bedrooms ? The drink prices seem slightly higher than normal

Very nice welcome by the receptionist. Great breakfast, good choice and nicely laid out. Fried eggs and bacon were very tasty and fresh. Superb location for people staying with dogs - park just behind hotel. Loads of parking spaces in front of hotel.

Pillows were lumpy and old. Beds didn’t stay together.

Very nice and quiet hotel. I have experienced stays with more stars with less comfort. Room was very spacious for the price. The minus is the restaurant service. The varieties are there but the proposed English breakfast was overcooked, dry and cold. Also cantine lady was not friendly when requesting where to find the sugar for hot beverages. Her answer did not please us and we will keep the received answer undisclosed

the only downside to this property was the room was very hot and we couldn’t seem to change the thermostat. There was a lot of building work going on though (under very nice renovations) so we suspected it was just part of that.

great and convienent location. Breakfast was very good and it was not too crowded. Eventhough we had a groundfloor room it was very quiet and private. spacious rooms and overall very clean. shower was small but very good.

Some lightbulbs were not working and soap was not replaced but these are small things. not sure why I have to pay for the parking if I am a guest.
