This was so far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Germany. Period. The room was spacious and clean. I could sleep well at night, thanks to the comfortable and warm bed, too. Friendly receptionists and workers, which always greeted us with smiles and respect. The location is also central, and we did not have to stroll so far to reach the hotel from the train station. If I must write everything good from this hotel, trust me, I could have made a book. Will definitely stay here again.

Top interior design, i'd love to know who the interior designer was? She/he has great taste. good sauna and gym, affordable indoor parking space across the street.

The breakfast could be more fun if they change the menu every day, may be some omelett, beans, peanutbutter, Salad, ginger shots... Everything else was fine, can't really complain.

The person working the front desk when I arrived was very helpful with a friendly, calm, relaxed manner. She also spoke English very well which I very much appreciated. The room was very clean, well appointed and the bed was actually comfortable :). Thanks for that!!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. Navigating the city was a little challenging but that was not a Novotel issue. Being a North American I am used to having ice machines available and access to beverages at hotels. I think that is cultural difference but I would have really appreciated that.

Proximity to train station, walkable to all we wanted to see. The staff is lovely, spoke English to us when we asked. The price was reasonable as well. We highly recommend it to people coming to Muenster.

The rooms were a bit too warm for our American liking and there needed to be small face towels for us to use.

The hotel and stuff were amazing! The position of the hotel is very close to everything. Rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is amazing! Please do not change anything! Special thank you to Juan Perez, who is speaking English, Italian and probably other languages, he really help me during the breakfast with all asked :).

great location near the central station, spacious and super clean rooms, convenient breakfast, nice gym (for a hotel) you can use 24/7. super attentive staff - I had a problem with the shower in my room at 22h and the receptionist took me directly, without asking anything, to another room just take a shower

unfortunately the spa was not open during my stay

Big choice of breakfast, Very nice and clean room, bath brand new, “Rituals” soaps and shampoos available, Nespresso machine at the room.

Quality of meals at dinner could be better, Need to cross the road to park the car, Careful: Between 12am and 6am is the car park closed.

Located near the main station, easy to reach. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are spacious and in a very good condition. Good breakfast buffet

There isn't much to say. I stayed at this hotel every time I went for a business trip.

The room had plenty of storage so that you could unpack your suitcase. The small fridge was useful for keeping drinking water cool.

The darkness of the lobby part of the room and the colour of the carpets.
