Typical Ibis budget, somewhat higher than average, nearly new, comfy and nice overall. Very good location, at the border between the historic center and the more modern part of the city. Close to everything: historic downtown, restaurants, grosseries and all the touristic stuff in 10 minutes by foot. Central railway station 5 minutes walk, moderately priced parking building next door. We drew in by car and it was more than comfortable for such a relatively big city downtown. Surroundings feel safe despite the railway station, which is also look clean and safe per se. Very decent breakfast which is not always the case for Ibis Budget but here it was fairly worth the money.

The ladies at the reception were very helpful and always smiling. Marielle did the extra mile with calling us a taxi for next day and explaining a bit about the city and where to go for a dinner. The lady from Bulgaria was also very polite and helpful. Breakfast was with a good quality. The Rooms clean, bathrooms clean. Location very good. Overall an excellent experience!

Cleaning the rooms could be more convenient if done in the early afternoon instead of the late afternoon.

Breakfast was great, as was the location. The staff were really helpful, and I have absolutely no complaints about my stay at the hotel. It is a really great location, close to the main station in Muenster, but also within a short walk of the old city, which is really beautiful. All in all, a great stay at a lovely hotel.

Nothing comes to mind, perhaps a view of the old city would have been nice but that is maybe asking a bit much.

Location was the best, very close to the railway station. Breakfast was good, and staff was nice. Processing of receipts etc was done very quickly by staff.

I could not lock the washroom. But it was not a problem as I was staying alone in my room.

Location very, very good. Breakfest fine, not luxurious but its a budget hotel. Its a new hotel, everything feels modern and fresh, rooms are small but more then adequate.

Beds and pillow could use a 10 euro upgrade... then i wouldnt have nothing to complain...

The location is excellent -- very close to the city centre and to the railway station. The rooms were much better than I excepted from a budget hotel, and the overall facilities were great.

Bright colours, feels brand new. Was only here for one night (and arrived at midnight) but staff were great. Perfect for the station.

The pillows on the bed were a little small and uncomfortable - I would have asked for more if I was staying for longer.

Just 3 minutes from the train station and had everything I needed for a 1 night business trip. I was 2 minutes late checking out and the staff was super nice and helped me get back in my room for my bags.
