I had such a cosy neat and lovely room, overlooking a nice corner of Münster. The room was spacious with good furniture and a sink. Light was good, well placed little lights. Bathroom was brilliant and there were several, so no problem that i shared it with other guests. Friendly staff.

I would have liked a kettle in my room. But I assume that it is against the German law. One could make tea and coffee downstairs and take the drink to your room.

We arrived after a long trip from the UK having caught the ferry from Hull to Rotterdam and then driving to Muenster. We were greeted by a very friendly staff, who made us feel very welcome immediately.

Everything was perfect, although there was a 'gig' across the road at one of the pubs on Sat. evening, and it was very loud afterwards with those gathering outside on the street. I guess this is the risk of staying in the old city, and the staff at the hotel couldn't really do anything about this.

Great location: easy access to to promenade, train station, and city centre Staff were excellent and shared bathroom was clean and there were three available on the floor Nice to have a desk in the room for work

Pillow was thin, the hall way floor can be a bit noisy if your a light sleeper but I didn’t find it a problem

Comfortable, clean hotel in an excellent central location. Very good breakfast and problem with Wi-Fi quickly resolved by a friendly staff member

Advance information about need to check in on time on a Sunday as Reception is not manned after 7pm and you need a card key to access the building. I did receive a text which meant I was able to check in before 7pm

Breakfast was very good, staff was friendly and proactive. Room spacious and clean, wonderful place. We travel with a baby (1year old) and everything was prepared for her.

Lack of parking in the hotel. We parked in the door to unload our stuff but we had to drive a couple of streets to park in the street. The place was safe but was raining. They have check in only untill 22, even dough they waited for us until 23 h.

Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room cause no possibility to chill or cool your food supplies.

Parking place is a bit tight, but we're happy we got a parking space on the premise. Bed & pillow are a too soft.

Nice place close to the city center. Everything is in a walking distance Clean room, friendly staff. I would stay again there if I come back to Munster.

A small refrigerator in the room could be useful, though in fact the hotel reception covered my needs when I needed cold storage.

Very nice staff. Basic yet affordable rooms. Good location, parking facilities close by. Perfect for a weekend sight seeing the city. Breakfast is wonderful and healthy.
