I recently had the pleasure of staying at Parkhotel with my two children, and I am incredibly impressed with our experience. Our room was a decent size, amply accommodating the four of us without feeling cramped. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and for us to relax, making our stay very comfortable. The bathroom deserves a special mention. It was large and well-equipped, making our daily routines an absolute breeze. Cleanliness was top-notch, and there was never a shortage of towels or toiletries. What made our mornings delightful was the hotel's breakfast offering. There was a good variety of choices, appealing to both the kids and me. The food was fresh. The dining area was also kept clean and well-stocked. Speaking of the staff, their service exceeded our expectations. They were very helpful, accommodating, and professional, and fulfilled all our requests promptly and with a smile. Their level of customer service was unparalleled and stood out as the highlight of our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their dedication truly elevated our experience. I have been to many hotels in my travels, but the staff at Parkhotel were genuinely the best. I wholeheartedly recommend Parkhotel for families and solo travelers alike. Their blend of spacious accommodations, excellent food, and extraordinary customer service will guarantee a memorable stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely facilities and excellent food in the restaurant and a wonderful breakfast selection. There is onsite parking and covered parking, which we used for our motorbikes. It has a sauna and solarium room, which was fantastic. The room was positively palatial. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English as our German is limited. We would stop again.

There is nothing to dislike, just note that the restaurant is a bit pricey, but the attached pub is more rustic and slightly cheaper. The hotel is situated on a main junction and there was a little bit of traffic noise but nothing excessive.

Everything was great, above expectations: location is near the attractions area (Legoland, Sea life, Aqualand, Tiger Jump), clean, comfortable, very good breakfast, room size ok, bathroom great; sauna is excellent and not busy. Staff was resposive, kind. Ample free parking. Faily quiet. Room price is great, too.

I needed to buy a bottle of water from the reception/bar in the evening, and was informed that it will be put on my bill, but I was not informed of its price. At checkout I found out that it was way too expensive (about 5% of the per-night room price). Please let customers know about these excessive prices.

The suite was large and the kids enjoyed the bubble bath. Large bathroom, nice seating area and good bed.

Parking at the hotel is limited, 9 out of 10 times its full. Park in the nearby streets. The receptionist was not nice, didnt welcome you to the hotel. Young short head blond was rude - 2 questions were too much to ask. She would talk to the other receptionist in German about you while your there. Little that she knew we understood German and was happy not to speak to her again! The older lady was very nice and pleasant.

Wonderful staff. Lovely atmosphere and very comfortable. Plus the best breakfast ever especially for the price. Also loved the pub Schotts. Again good food but the service really made it. We really enjoyed our days there.

Maybe would prefer a room at the back next time. Mainly because we sleep with open windows.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and plenty to eat. Especially appreciated the hotel providing baked gluten free breads and buns. Location is very close to Centro and allowed us to visit local family. Room was large with very good air conditioning and a balcony. Windows were aBle to close with dark blinds.

Parking was not always available on the hotel lot as it was full when we got back late. But there is a small parking lot across the street from the hotel for the overflow.

The male receptionist was very friendly and very helpfull. He solve our problem at once and do not let us wait.

The female receptionist was not friendly or helpful. She does not understand that our problem need to be solved. We are glad that we tried again and stump across the male receptionist who check us in and came to help us at once. Also the hotel is very beautiful, but too many noise disturbance from the party and around the hotel. The airco was not functioning as he should do during the Summer. The airco seems more like blazers/ ventilation

Although I reserved for 3 persons, there was only for 2 persons breakfast calculated in the price. So We had to pay for 1 person extra . The 3rd Bed on our 3 persons room was not comfortable at all. We were travelling with a group of 10 persons. At breakfast we heard that we should have made a reservation, that it was not possible to sit all together. Nothing was told to us when we checked in. Person in breakfast room was not kind at all. Parking : no parking at all. It looks that the hotel is to big to handle a large number of guests at once I called 1 day before to check everything, but still on arrival there was nothing changed what I had asked an was confirmed by phone.

Room was a little small for 4 persons buty worked out fine. Als very petfriendly which we liked very much. Icecream for the kids was a winner.

Rooms were a little warm to hot since the aircon was not on yet.
