Staff is very helpful. Even though I had my reservations about the parking after booking the hotel, the car park belongs to the hotel which is behind the building. There is no CCTV, however it was very safe. There is 24 hrs reception. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel should put good and clear information regarding the parking. After learning it is not closed/ secured parking, I wanted to cancel the reservation and find another place with secured parking however it was refused( as per the cancellation policy) and my concerns were not taken into consideration which is why I was nervous about any breaking in to the car.

This is the second Novina hotel we slept in. Staff was all nice and helpful. The rooms were pretty much the same, large and clean, bathroom was a bit smaller then in the first one, but still large enough. Unfortunately beds are too hard in both, but this one has a free parking which the other one didn't have. Breakfast was good but not nearly as good as in the other one.

We were hoping for the same great breakfast as in the first one, but unfortunately it was not to be. It was still good but selection was way smaller and it wasn't as tasty.

The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the subway station and it has a huge parking lot. The breakfast has a good variety.

Regarding the room: it was our second time in this hotel and we experienced the same issue with the sink, the plug got stuck and water was not draining. The door from the balcony makes terrible noise when being opened which can disturb the neighbours . The breakfast room can become quite chaotic when the hotel has a high occupancy rate, the people working there seemed a bit overwhelmed, but were still trying to be nice.

Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Restaurant open in the evening. Great location close to public transport into city centre (U-Bahn 5 mins walk away). Plenty of parking available, even at busier times (weekend). Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms big with excellent bathroom facilities (walk-in shower, free toiletries etc)

Would have preferred a kettle in the room for making coffee/tea. Free bottle of water only upon arrival, after that only use of minibar which was expensive.

The hotel is located near the Underground (3 min walk), so it took circa 15 minutes to get to the city walls. Parking is behind the hotel and it was easy to find it. We had a spacious double room with a shower box in the room which was quite funny and with a view of the inner block of buildings, so it was very quiet. The best for us was the breakfast - many options to choose from and we could come between 6:30-10:30. It was a lovely stay.

The hotel's position is superb to start driving to any direction without traffic jam. Additionally the old town center can be reached by underground in 15 minutes. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was varied with excellent quality meals. The kitchen also makes perfect dishes when you chose any from the á la carte menu for dinner.

It was nice to be in a hotel with more modern amenities and a larger room than we had the previous few nights. The breakfast and food in the restaurant were very good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. While not within easy walking distance to the old town of Nuremberg, the subway is literally right out the door and it is a short trip. The neighborhood of the hotel was quiet and nice. If you have a car, parking is free and easy.

Very good hotel to stay for one night (not too far to the highway). Good location (3-4 minutes to the nearest metro station and then about 10 minutes to get to the old town). Spacious free parking! Medium sized rooms, clean and well equipped. Pretty wide selection of breakfast styles (better quality and variety than for a standard 4* hotel); everyone will find something for himself. Service very good.

spacious room for the one with extra bed (we booked one double room for 2 adults + 7yo child so with extra bed; and the other room for 2 adults + 4yo child without extra bed); location near Ubahn easy to the city center / touristic places; perfect location after visiting playmobile fun park; helpful staff -resolved quickly some of the issues; free parking; breakfast included

miscalcullated the final payment, but it was resolved quickly (I checked the invoice after the payment); unfortunately the airco of the initial room that was assigned to us didn’t work, so they moved us to another room (also resolved quickly)

Excellent hotel. Very good value for money. Big rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, close to metro station, free parking. Very good breakfast!

Not related to the hotel: just be aware that the price for a metro ticket in Nuremberg is 3.30 Euro. So for 2 persons we spent more than 13 Euro to go to the center and come back.
