The staff was extremely friendly and everyone that I interacted with spoke English so there were no language barriers. The breakfast was exceptional and everyone greets you when you walk into the quaint little dining room every morning. So many breakfast options to choose from... bread, fruit, cereal, and they make you eggs on the spot upon request. Within walking distance of the train station with a direct route to Munich... no changing trains. Parking on-site was free and there was plenty of it.

The room we were in was a bit small, but it in no way diminished the enjoyment of our stay. That's it, that's all I could really complain about.

Quick check-in, the room was large enough for family of 4, cleaniness A+. Nice local food restaurant with delicious meals, bear and pleasant service. Nice complimentary undergroud parking.

We arrived during extremely windy weather and there was some draught through a small inspection door of a main stack (?) just behind the bed.

very comfortable beds good breakfast lovely staff I will go even further. travelling with a disabled child is not easy but here they made us feel welcome and they even let me use their kitchen to cook food his special food. All with a smile. we were very thankful.

it seemed expensive but this may be because I booked with less than 24 hours warning (other plans were cancelled)

Very nice location, close by stores. Good restaurant, friendly staff. Quiet and calm.

Internet connection is very poor, both in wireless connection and bandwidth. We complained about this and the receptionist restarted the router. I regard good internet connection a necessity and not a nice to have. This issue was rather disappointing. Had the internet worked well I would have given this place five stars.

Nice and quiet location. We liked the restaurant, the food was delicious. Breakfast was very good. it was very nice to see Ukrainian refugees working at this hotel and hearing them speak Ukrainian.

there was no toys or any entertainments for children to play. maybe some coloring books would’ve been be a good idea.

1. the parking garage - if you have big car, this garage is a challange, but the closed and covered parking space is worth everything 😊 2. the breakfast - so many different and tasty meals, cheese, ham, eggs (fried, scrambled, omlette, boiled), smoked salmon, obadza, sweets, and so on…. 3. the surrounding - quiet and green

Friendly,helpful, professional staff. A flair for attention to details: fresh flowers, white napkins, and efficient breakfast and dinner service - old school - that makes one feel a very welcomed guest.

There is nothing not to like.

Unfortunately I got very sick during my stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly and caring for me, I felt being treated as a guest rather than a random customer. Deeply appreciated! Hope to return soon!

Great staff, very helpful, arranged for a breakfast only for us very early in the morning and added a greetings card to it. I love them:)

Just to say something here. Very long walk from the entrance to the room, almost need a map to navigate around :)

The spacious, clean and traditional hotel. The free parking, the fitness room and the comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant is also excellent.
