we had the business standard room. The room has good facilities and seems recently been renovated! The garden parking is convenient and free if you check in early as limited places.

The hotel is still partly under construction/renovation. The working people chatted in the early morning (about 6 o’clock) at the garden and cleared heard from the room’s window.

Everything was great: the helpful and always smiling stuff, the cleanliness, the room, the beds. At the breakfast I loved the wide selection of food. The location is not bad, it's easy to reach the center of Munich by S-Bahn, the suburban train system.

I think it was way overpriced, but I know that during trade fairs and international football games the prices skyrocket, and still the hotels are fully booked then. Most probably I would follow suit if I were in their shoes.

The family room was for four people, one double bed and one almost double bed, so the four of us could fit quite comfotably. The location is quite ok, a 10 minute walk from the S-Bahn.

The ground floor is undergoing rennovations. However, we were adivsed upfront by e-mail, where they offered also full reimbursment in the case we change our mind and go somewhere else. Therefore this was not an actual problem.

The location and the facilities provided were good. Parking was complimentary and there is a supermarket close by. Some restaurants were also in the neighbourhood, which was pretty quiet. Good value for money. Very close to the S Bahn to go the city of Munich

Theer was renivation going on which was a little inconvenient. There is no lift so one needs to factor that in case of carrying heavy bags.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Not too small for a hotel room. Bathroom was really nice and spacious. There was a coffee mashine with the coffee capsules and teebags to make tee and coffee in the room. There is no noise from the street. We could bring our little dog with us. Private parking at the hotel. Friendly staff.

Although the double bed was very comfortable, sofa bed was unfortunately not.

The hotel is close to the S-Bhan Station, downtown and a few restaurants. Our room was the right size for a couple, with a kitchen niche and access to a common terrace.

The staff was very rude from the beginning,as if they were bothered by any questions. We had a late flight on a Sunday and we asked at the reception front desk if there was a possibility to leave our luggage in the hotel. We received a categorical no because the hotel does not have a luggage room and they didn’t even sketch that they would like to help us or offer us a solution.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Hotel Demas Garni- location is very good, nice and quiet neighborhood and very close to train stop, from where we traveled to Munich city center (15min). Free parking in the garage is also a big plus! Rooms were very nice, new, modern and very clean with very good wi-fi connection. Shower was great and bed was really comfortable. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff was top notch: friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The room was big enough and the small kitchenette very serviceable. There was coffee in the room with an eco-friendly Nespresso machine! And underground parking!

We liked everything, no negatives! We have a car, and I suppose the location would not be ideal if one did not have a vehicle.

Building looked shabby from the outside and reception is nothing special. Staff nice but a little weird almost. Some guys chucking down beers at the bar next to reception. But once you pass this (and everyone was super polite by the way) you get into the not 100% great-looking corridor and enter your room. All new, super clean, free coffee, free water and of course a few sweets (Hairdo) on the bed. I don't know how they pull this off for such a low price. I paid like 60€ for the night, cancellable, no breakfast. Amazing. The bathroom is super, shower head is very modern as is the rest and totally spotless in terms of cleanliness.

The building doesn't look great. Reception is a bit old. Other than that this is a great place!

The location is nice in a quiet district with an easy access to the city center. The comfortable clean room with all the necessary appliances. The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help. Check-in and check-out processes are flexible and easy.

Noise cancellation is poor - you hear every breath and step from the hall and neighbor rooms.
