Good place to stay as it has walking proximity to restaurants, supermarket, train station. Hotel has good staff that was very helpful. Hotel has elevators and even being in busy location, the sound proofing was great. The central climate control unit also works good.

The hotel wifi is not strong and keeps dropping off. When connected the speed is also bad and I had to always use my mobile internet. Certainly you can not rely on full day of office work from hotel if that need arises.

Great location if you want to be near the train station. Staff friendly, breakfast included and excellent quality. Room was simple but more than adequate. Fantastic value. I've stayed here multiple times recently because it's well worth the reasonable price. I had no problem taking my bicycle up to my room, though the elevator is on the small side.

Neighborhood around train station is busy and noisy, though I (older single female) didn't find it dangerous. Hotel itself is fine and windows are well soundproofed.

It was very clean. AC perfect. Super close to the railway station. Friendly staff. Breakfast more than enough and divers (despite the negative reviews ...it was super ok) - let's not forget, It's a "Budget" hotel! For those who are complaining ... there are more hotels in the area ... but the price is double ...

I arrived 2 hours before the check in time... and I was asked if I am ready to pay 10 Euro extra. No problem, it was worth it. But in others Ibis Budget-s this was not the case. Also, maybe a hair dryer in the room would be great.

Good location, clean room with good facilities. Good range of food for breakfast.

On arrival and leaving no one at reception ( was meant to be open). I had trouble getting in door on arrival, another resident let me in and then staff member came out of back room. I found her a little brusque. She said she had messaged me a question but this did not show on app until we'll after I'd checked in.

I like this hotel for the location near the station, the elevators that work and the excellent price with excellent breakfast

It was a bit noisier than on previous visits. And the floor in the toilet was sticky for no apparent reason. I put down a towel and it stuck to the floor, so hopefully the cleaning person noticed!

Very friendly welcome from the receptionist who was interested that we had arrived by bike and was happy for us to store our bikes in our room. About 3km bike ride from Altona station, 1km bike ride from Hamburg-Langenfeld S-bahn station. . Rather cheaper than similar hotels nearer the city centre.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is small but prepared with attention (even the boiled eggs are polished) and everything is fresh and tasty. The hotel is directly opposite the main train station and a short foot walk away from the pedestrian zone with plenty of fast food and shopping options.

Pillows were very soft, not offering much neck support. Could hear snoring from nearby room. Probably just bad luck on my part.

Room was clean, comfortable, and the showers were hot. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast (included) was OK. Right next to the train station so very good if you are catching an early train.

The location is very central. The property was clean and rooms were typical of ibis budget but cozy. Bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was fully loaded. Parking was limited but due to limited number of guests i found my parking spot. overall a clean and decent experience.

For the price i pay i dont think i expect any more than this.
