The layout of the gardens and the reception and bedrooms were superb, very clean and te staff were exceptional, kind and helpful. The location was perfect, 300 metres from the Altstadt (Old Town), just perfect.

Nothing. It was all perfect except there were a few steps to climb to enter the hotel but they are not steep and there are handrails. I have a walking disability but I was able to climb the steps to the hotel very easily.

Excellent staff so helpful when i arrived late. Booked an accessible room but none where available so made adjustments so got a lovely room that worked just as well. Great beautiful hotel with dining room was immaculate beds comfortable

The parking was not that easy a shame you can reserve it when booking. For able bodied people im sure it works fine but for someone with mobility issues it was a little tricky

Can only recommend the place. It is very close to the city center and the botanical garden. Everything was very clean, elegant and comfy. The breakfast was phenomenal.

Just a minor thing: they have inbuilt shampoo and body wash etc., but they had not all been refilled. That does not take away from the great experience though.

abundance - is the main word for this hotel. Everything you might ever need is here. We liked this hotel very much. If you travel by car and with team/kids, the location, services and all other attributes of this hotel is mathematically perfect. Special thanks for the management to allowing us to settle when we arrived 4 hours before checkin time:)

Great location and great staff.

Everything was great.. only comment would be Room didn't have a kettle which we were expecting.. however when we asked we were given one straight away by the helpful staff.

Please put rubbish bags in the bins. Check-in was a bit confusing with regards to the Booking reservation, the price of the room was more expensive but they were not able to explain why.

Nice location, very close to the old town of Osnabrück. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

The room design and layout had been somewhat below our expectations. It felt a bit careless. Luckily, we did not spend too much of our time in the room.

Watch out on this one. They didn't warn us that parking is paid, and paying on top of an already expensive room came as a shock. The breakfast is over-priced.

We booked this last minute for a short overnight stay on our drive to the Netherlands. What a wonderful surprise. Osnabruck is a beautiful city in a beautiful wooded area. The hotel, rooms and amenities were super comfortable. Our only regret is we had an early departure and did not have time for the fabulous breakfast. Hopefully we will be in the area again

Centrally located, wonderful bar with piano player and nice selection of whiskies including some you wouldn’t expect to find, lovely staff.

The room felt very empty and the furniture seemed to come from the 90s, the shower was broken and the tab needed fixing.
