The staff was incredibly kind and ready to give suggestions for local restaurants. Any question I had was answered, and I was treated very kindly. I witnessed several interactions between the staff and other guests, and I believe the staff handled every situation delicately and promptly. This hotel is definitely unique. The lighting is mostly colored LEDs, and the decorations are cute and simplistic. The property was very clean. Even though the hallway was slightly dark, I never felt unsafe in the hotel or the surrounding area.

My biggest issue: the wi-fi and cell signal are horrendous. Otherwise, there are some relatively insignificant items. The entrance was slightly difficult to find at first, and the parking is not the greatest. Parking is pretty limited and might be an issue during a busier season, although the hotel was not very busy when I was there. I was not aware air conditioning was an additional cost (five euros a night), however it is possible I did not read the listing accurately. That is definitely something to keep in mind for Americans or anyone else that values and is used to air conditioning.

We arrived late for check-in and informed the hotel accordingly. A staff member was waiting and gave us keys as soon as we arrived. Hotel was located on a quite street and not far from Ramstein airbase. Room was very nice decorated with lovely pictures on the wall. There was ample amount of parking available for our car.

TV channels were not working but we don't like to watch TV in the hotel room. Internet was working fine.

Really nice location, nice crew, vey comfy bed. The small fridge and microwave were amazing add ons. A lot of light, big room.

There wasn't any toiletries, no breakfast and I saw a cockroach in the corridor. Be aware there's no lift, so be ready to carry your luggage!

The accommodation was exactly as described in the advertisement, with an exceptional helpful staff, and a reliable wifi. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was ideal for longer staying. And top of that, it was all on a really "pocket-friendly" price.

Breakfast was good, relaxed; location good, walking distance to the town and to several wine outlets; we tasted at our chosen Weingut then returned later to collect by car.

Parking not dedicated to hotel but had no trouble. Restaurant on site strongly preferred cash, be aware!

Super clean, smelled wonderful, staff was nice. I love all the signs in the room with info on TV, internet, reception times, etc. I also love that there were adapters for the outlets in the room for people traveling from other countries.

I booked this hotel because of breakfast and air conditioning. I was disappointed that the air conditioner didn't work and there's currently no breakfast offered due to staff shortage.

Easy parking. Good sized bedroom. Functioning TVs. Toiletries and washcloths provided. Clean. Will stay again soon.

Excellent staff and owners, clean and comfortable, location was great, the kids enjoyed the playground. Editing my previous review to include more details. I apologize to Mr. Georg that I did not include the details he mentioned below. My initial review was very vague and I did not mean for it to be perceived as a negative one. Yes, we had very minor issues with the AC and hot water but Mr. Georg was quick to address and resolve them very quickly, even offering a room change so that we can be comfortable and compensation. We chose to stay in the same room and he even brought us extra fans. Everything was fixed early on and there were no other issues for the rest of the stay. Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. Mr. Georg and Ms. Petra are very kind and attentive hosts. The hotel is very, very clean, Ms. Petra makes sure that nothing is overlooked. There were also little details that we appreciated such as US adapters for the German outlets, instructions by the TV on how to switch the settings to English, beautiful destination décor (our room was a beach theme). The breakfast is delightful (the kids loved the fresh watermelon and scrambled eggs, and the lovely balcony that overlooked the playground). We would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for longer stays since there is a kitchen and good sized refrigerator and freezer.

This was a cute, quaint little hotel. It was exactly what we wanted. We didn't want a big Holiday Inn. Our room had a beach theme, which was a fun surprise. Another one down the hall was a London theme so I assume all of the rooms have a theme. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was exactly as pictured, well equipped and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
