Great breakfast - children under 12 are free of charge. The location is also great - 3 min from the tram stop, about 10-15 min from S-Bahn where you can take a 30-40 min train to Warenmünde to the seaside. The trading center with supermarkets, fast food, and pharmacy is right in front of the hotel. And you can get free of charge coffee/tea/milk at the reception at any time of the day! Bike rent is also available, no fee, but you need to book it a bit in advance. Stuff is always friendly and ready to help.

We stayed for 10 days and our towels or bedsheets were not changed. I'm not sure if I should have asked for that - I just had an expectation that they should be changed once per week, I might be wrong though. I also missed a rack or more hooks in the bathroom to dry the towels.

We stayed at Arthotel ANA Amber 6 days. We really liked location of the hotel - closed to city center, port, S-bahn and Neptun shopping centre. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is presented as Arthotel but do not expect anything special or artistic in the hotel. It is regular german business hotel; nothing very fancy. The hotel has a limited number of parking spaces below (€15/day) or you can try to find free parking in the streets nearby (just be careful in the Neptun shopping centre - there are cameras watching the 2-hour parking limit). The hotel is presented as an art hotel, but do not expect anything special or artistic. It is a regular German business hotel; nothing really artistic or fancy (at least compared to e.g. Lisbon Art Stay Apartments Baixa).

There is no fridge in the room (well, no fridge or minibar is promised on Booking.com, but we were a bit surprised that it was missing). The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too big for us. There were 4 large pillows; we would prefer 2 less thick ones) Wifi was realiable but the speed was limited to 10Mb down / 5Mb up only.

location was really good right near the riverside, didn't have any breakfast so no comment. They have a coffee machine which was amazing and it was free. I would have liked a fridge in my room and normally the restaurant allow customers to use their microwave but in this case i was told the restaurant is outsourced and we cant use their microwave to warm the food. Apart from that i really enjoyed my stay. i would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

I've already mentioned above that i would have liked a fridge in the room, also I ordered food and when i asked them to warm the food i wasn't allowed. This should be standard service

The room was very nice, comfortable and bright. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was very attentive and friendly during our stay. The location is good, a few meters from the city's port, where there are several restaurants. The breakfast was also good, with everything you need to start the day. The staff provided my wife with gluten free bread every day we stayed. It is a plus that they offer free coffee at the reception!

We did not like anything.

It's a new hotel, everything is clean and well maintained. It's not the first time I have stayed there and most likely it's not the last either.

Parking situation around ANA really sucks. The hotel doesn't have enough parking slots, the closest parking was demolished. It's just not ok to arrive late evening and find out that you have nowhere to park in the closest vicinity after a 1000km drive. Especially for disabled people (no parking for them too).

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Beds were great but to study bit to hard just right. Bring a HDMI stick and watch from you pc on the TV. Internet connection was great.

General point: the screen between shower and eat if bath room is to small meaning the floor on the bathroom very wet after showering. It looks good though but a little annoying. Long term stay: would have been nice with a mini fridge or something to store a little food.

The premium room was small, but larger than their standard. It had ample shelving to stow items and was fairly clean (except for the spillt wine on the main shelf - we didn’t drink wine there). The hallways were relatively quiet. Free coffee and tea were offered in the common room.

To start, the non-reservable parking was all reserved when we checked in. Had we known it was reservable, we would have checked in earlier. The hallway had peeling wallpaper and seemed run down. The premium room was in no way premium other than it was pricier - small, no view, no parking, no coffee or tea in room, etc.

Art Hotel is located next to a small mall with a grocery store, drug store, pharmacy and a few good outlets. This was very handy for us as we didn't have a car. Uber Eats came in handy. The staff are wonderful. Friendly, helpful, accommodating. Would stay here again. Need a key card to access floors with the rooms so felt ultra safe. Located next to the river.

The free coffee is great, especially for people like myself who don't want a big breakfast and have to go to a work appointment early in the morning.

The bathroom was a little smelly in the morning and in the evening when we returned. The snack machines are a great idea, but the ones that are installed on the level that is closed off after 10 p.m. aren't super useful.

The parking policy is clear but also unhelpful. Not knowing whether one will get a space or not until one arrives isn't exactly optimal, especially for older people, in bad weather, with luggage, etc. The nearest other parking is 500 metres away. Because of this I would not choose the hotel again if coming and going by car,; otherwise I might consider it.
