I loved the location of the hotel, which was at the heart of the city, close to most of the attractions. This was a priority for me, as I was travelling with pregnant wife. Second best thing about this hotel is the delicious breakfast they serve, and the abundance of choices. In terms of the room, the bed itself and bed lining was superb - clean and very comfortable. I was positively surprised with the Bluetooth speaker in the room. A flat screen TV was a nice addition, sadly streaming was not Apple compatible, which was a minor inconvenience.

I have already mentioned this in another Penta Hotel review (Bremen), but not having a tea/coffee and kettle station in the room was rather disappointing. Having this in the room equipment would have been a cherry on the top for this stay. Nonetheless, I will be definitely choosing and recommending Penta Hotel for my next stay.

I was very happy that the hotel has very comfortable beds, proper mattresses and bed sheets. Slept like a baby! Room were quiet, clean, good tv, they also have a speaker to connect with your music so technically you don't need to bring your own. I brought my own to take to the beach (Warnemünde). Didn't have the breakfast but im sure it would have been good. The reception area is very nice, people can gather downstairs and mingle at the bar or the terrace. Overall a very warm welcoming place.

location- right at the city center facilities- modern and comfortable, you can play billiards at lounge. breakfast- I always appreciated to have a fresh fired egg and fresh vegetables juice in the morning. That is definitely good value for money. bed- it was soft but comfortable. good for sleeping.

Overall the hotel is clean, only some towels were not clean enough they had many stains and marks…

The location is pretty great, as you get access easily to city center and main attractions in rostock. I mainly interacted with the night shift, so the staff was really nice and helpful.

There was no room service available, and when it was available, they didn't do much cleaning. Stayed there for 6 nights, and they didn't even provide drinking water in the room.

Nice, clean, simple, modern, and comfortable room, in great condition. Shower was also modern and nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, great variety and good quality products. Only downside was the coffee (bean-to-cup machine, but coffee was poor). Nevertheless everything else was really good and the breakfast compares well to most high-end hotels.

Coffee at the bar downstairs was very expensive (8 Euro for two coffees) and very bad quality (we dumped both!)

The location in the city centre is unmatched. You can literally walk out and be in the middle of town. Beds in this hotel are also really nice and the room is greatly decorated.

There is nothing really that needed work.

The hotel is just amazing. Rooms are big and very clean, there's a bluetooth speaker we can use and breakfast was also really nice. Staff is also very friendly and the area has lots of restaurants and cafés. I'm definitely coming back again.

Location is superb. Great value, breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and spoke English well. Would recommend. Free bottle of water was provided.

Nothing negative stood out, however the climate controls didn’t work.

Most importantly: it was quiet! The design is very nice. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious.

There was no fridge in the room, although we did not need it that much. Just surprised us a bit :-)

Amazing the Black Mambo Hairdryer, seen many in my life but this one is the best ever !! Everything is good, the downstairs coffee in the bar is more than excellent.

I would have liked some sparkling water in the bedroom and a little coffee and thee maker.
