The room was very clean and seemed rather new. The breakfast was nice and the location is great for Europa park.

The mini fridge didn't seem to be cold and the shower head didn't stay attached to the holder so it kept falling down and hitting me. No one at breakfast spoke English so I had no idea what slices of meats I was given etc.

The spot is insanely practical ; 3’ away from the entrance of the park. Ratio price/ quality is well respected - a little bit expensive but hey, It is in front of the park and… people probably stay for 1-2 nights max. “Free” parking - I let my car there the entire day ; got no ticket. Truly good. Also, we took the room late ; booked it probably at 21:45. Got there at 21:55. Staff was really kind. Breakfast is good as well - pretty much complete for this type of place. If you gotta stay for one night, I recommend you to book it. Enjoy!

The property is very close to Europa Park, Lidl and Edeka are also in walking distance. The room was very spacious and nice, the bathroom was also great. The staff was very nice and helpful (especially the ones at the reception on both days). The street food place was also nice and a good option if you needed something fast.

We were sadly very disappointed with the breakfast. The table was very cramped, there was barely any space for anything. We ordered a sunny side egg and it was overcooked, the yolk should be runny but it was more close to being hard as a rock. We also got some salmon which was dry and it looked like it was days old. The fruit salad was most certainly not fresh, the fruits in it tasted really bland and just not good. All in all the whole breakfast was very sad and not enjoyable, we would not want to eat here again.

Brilliant location right opposite the main entrance to Europa theme park, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff (both reception, housekeeping and breakfast waiting staff). We booked a 5 person family room so were on the top floor of the B Building - I was a bit worried about noise (being so close to the park) but our room was really quiet. They had decent double glazing, nets and thick curtains which all worked. Air conditioning worked and kept the room cool when needed. Comfortable bed, hot water and shower worked perfectly. Reception staff went above and beyond - proactively moving our left luggage when we we returned late after visiting the water park. The reception closed at 10pm and our kids did not want to leave the water park so were expecting to have to collect our luggage in the morning - to our delight a member of security and reception stayed behind (to make sure we were OK as we had checked in at 1pm but our room was not available at that time). We then found out that the hotel staff had kindly put our bags into our room. A service we did not expect or believe was available. THANK YOU! Parents were exhausted after 7+ hrs in the water park, on top of a long car drive, so this was so appreciated!

For a budget family hotel so close to a major theme park our expectations were exceeded.

Location - Just opposite Europa Park and very close to other attractions. Room - The helpful staff upgraded the room for us, which was very nice of them. Room is very spacious. Beds are comfortable and good shower. Parking - Very convenient; we can park there free of charge and leave our car there till the end of the day of the check-out. Breakfast - Not buffet style but we can order anything from the menu provided; which has a fair amount of selection.

Would be nice to have a bottle of water or a kettle inside the room. Can hear some noises from other rooms (next to us and upstairs).

- The WiFi didn't work in our room. I'm not sure if it was because we had a corner room but this was frustrating.

Rooms almost like new. Hotel has small shop and pizza outlet. It is across the street from Europa Park main entrance. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here in the future

We mentioned this during our stay. It would be helpful if the hotel turned on the ability to cast video (ie YouTube) to the room TV's . The rooms have cable but every channel except Turkish TV is in German. Just be nice to be able to use the TV.

We were in two superior rooms that were very nice and recently renovated. Located in front of the entrance of the park. Parking was free and also available on the departure day. Breakfast is served at the table which is handy and sustainable compared to buffets.

We think that the staff at breakfast would increase client satisfaction by communicating in a bit more proactive way. The service is actually great but the customer does not know. We received a bit unfriendly comments by staff when looking for beverages, for example. This was a pity because we were not aware that we were not allowed to search beverages on our own. But: once we learned that we would be fully serviced at table, everything was fine. Service was quick and efficient.

It was clean and comfortable beds, the breakfast was tasty. 3 minutes by walk from the entrance of Europa park. The staff were friendly. I will be back again with pleasure.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we were down for breakfast one hour before the end and the half of food was empty. I need it to ask for bacon 10-15minutes to be refill, and the boiled eggs never came after my request. Whatever the food was tasty!

The place and our room was very clean and comfortable . It also had a small shop where you could get pizza and other snacks . The breakfast was plenty and very tasty , catering for all needs. The Europa Park was just across the road, very convenient .

Everything was clean and very specious. It was quiet at night even tho there were lots of families with children.
