Great apartment for a big family with 4 children- this is the reason we chose this place. You get 2 bedrooms and a big bathroom. The location is perfect. 10 minutes walking distance from Europe Park, there are nice restaurants and stores walking distance. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent- our children loved it. Even the laundry service was fast and very good. The rooms were very spacious, had comfortable closets, a TV and air-conditioning. The parking is free for guests and close to the rooms.

I wish there would be a kettle in the room or at least hot water in the Lobby. Also I would prefer having more comfortable pillows.

The room size was great (quadruple room), breakfast had a nice selection of bread, pastries, fruit, deli meat, cheese...etc, the hotel was very accommodating of allergies and provided us with alternatives, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the location - so close to the main entrance of Europa Park.

Choice of room layout/type - we booked a quadruple room (2 adults / 2 children) and we were given a room with 1 large bed and bunk beds. In theory, bunk beds are great, but as our daughter is only 2 years old, it wasn't the safest choice for her and we found both kids sleeping in the large bed with 1 parent, and the other parent in the bottom bunk.

The owners were amazing and super friendly. We had an issue with the lady the lives in the house next door to the property. She yelled at us for taking our dog out to use the bathroom. She said all the property even the area touching the hotel was hers. She was very rude and even started taking pictures of us waking our dog. I immediately told the owner and within minutes the issue was solved. Of this happens to you just call or talk to the owners and they will talk to the lady for you.

Friendly receptionist, air conditioning, laundry service, perfect location, nice breakfast. We didn't use the fridge stocked with cold drinks available at reception but it's a great idea. The little patio seating area outside our room was a perfect spot to sit and relax.

Cigarette smoke outdoors from other guests was unpleasant - had to close the windows when we were trying to get fresh air, and they were often smoking in the common area between our room and the breakfast/reception area.

We had to move our holiday a few weeks earlier at the last moment. Our original hotel was fully booked and this was all that I could find. Initially I was slightly worried as there was no restaurant for an evening meal, and nobody available in the evenings if any problems. I was worried about finding restaurants nearby. I needn't have worried. Everything about the stay was great. We checked in late after the staff had left, but we had been sent a pin code to access our keys from the key box and that process went smoothly. There are snacks available to buy in the evenings - chocolate, crisps, water, beer, wine. The room was comfortable and very quiet. There are a handful of pizza,pasta restaurants within 5 minutes walk which was perfect for us. The walk to the Europapark entrance was only about 5 minutes. If you've ever been to Alton Towers and made the long trek from the carpark to the entrance gate - this is less of a walk than that! The breakfast was nice, a good selection of items and some hot items as well as the cold buffet. No problem getting a table in the mornings. Overall I was really happy with our stay. I think that it probably worked out even better than the intial hotel I had booked would have been - even though that had a restaurant - due to the proximity of other restaurants nearby. A word of warning for Europapark visitors though. We had bought silver passes and couldn't visit on the Saturday. And our flights home weren't until the Sunday. There are literally NO restaurants open for lunch in Rust on Saturday apart from the on-site hotel restaurants. If we ever go to Europapark again I would definitely consider staying at Hotel Lowen Garni again and would recommend it to others.

The only slight negative is that I found the pillows really uncomfortable. They are fairly large, but floppy as if they are filled with cotton wool balls! Initially we only got one each but asked for extras which made things a bit better. The hairdryers were in the bathroom and not in the bedroom which does mean that I hogged the bathroom for a bit longer before the next person could go in!

- The room was nice - Breakfast had everything and was delicious - The location was perfect. It's around 10 minutes from europapark (nice walk), near several restaurants (around 5 minutes walk maximum), and very close to two different bus stops (2-4 minutes).

There were small things missing such as slippers, bigger towels, head caps, shower kits ... Missing restaurant service for the day or night, but to be fair we already knew that.

Great location and spacious room. Breakfast included and it was a large variety of warm and cold selections. Wifi was very fast and reliable. We will definitely come back.

The key padlock didn’t work when we arrived but we called the phone number and they were able to support us on the phone. This is a huge relief and they opened the lock for us within seconds electronically. They thought of everything.

room is very spacious for 4 of us, me, my husband and the 2 low-age kids. 7-10min walk distance from europa park. Restaurants are all nearby. The breakfast is good. I believe one can get what he expects.

the price is a bit high, -10% less would be even perfect.

The location was excellent, the staff super helpful. The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. Members of your party are welcome to hang out in the lobby if they do not want to go to Europapark. Snacks and drinks can be purchased while you wait. We will stay here again when we go to Europa park again.

Power outlets would be nice on the bunk beds. My teens felt little lost when they couldn’t charge and watch or had to get out of bed before sleeping to charge their phones.

Exceptionally clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Easy to charge our car overnight. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Would definitely return.

In the rest room it would have been helpful to have a kettle available to be able to make a cup of tea. Plenty of cold drinks and snacks to purchase but no facility to make a hot drink outside of breakfast hours.
