Holy sh*t this room was AMAZING. The black and purple color scheme is actually our favorite with my partner lol and there was also a lilac led strip behind the bed frame, so cool. There were FOUR big mirrors in our room, one with round lighting to do makeup! The beds were great too, finally not too soft, and the bathroom exceptionally clean. The room was cool and the curtains really did block all the light. We also had a little kettle, tea and coffee and sugar too, even though we didn't ask for breakfast. Thanks!

Unfortunately there were not enough parking spaces in the place's own garage, so we had to leave our car just on the street. It wasn't really clear if there was ever going to be a free place or if it had to be booked beforehand somehow. I booked the room 9 months in advance, I would have booked the parking space too with it if I'd known it fills up so quickly ?

It is clean and nice.

The door of the shower was a little lose, when my son tried to open the door a screw fall down and the door almost felt as well; it was dangerous as it is make of glass. My son was able to hold the door and put the screw in its place. In the check out I told a guy about the situation but no sure if he understood properly as his English was limited. Or maybe he did not care about it at all. Hope he made the report so that door could me fixed properly.

The rooms were very neat and tidy, the black out curtains worked great and we were not woken up prematurely by the sun! No complaints about the beds either, they're really comfortable. The food options at the hotel were a nice addition, it's always good to have a backup food option when you're in another country (especially if you're a picky eater)

The shower temperature was inconsistent, enough for it to be uncomfortable (Bathroom itself was great though). The staff, although nice, were not always great at speaking English which made communication difficult at times. The parking garage is really tight and it was a challenge parking our normal sized Volkswagen Golf at times.

Very clean room, excellent noise insulation, comfortable bedding, very helpful staff. Excellent water pressure :) Rooms look recently refurbished, good use of space. Good wifi.

Despite the name being “Congresshalle”, the other Premier Inn is closer to the events center. The area seems safe, although quite… picturesque in terms of the people one sees in the street. No wardrobe or any shelves to put your clothes, just hangers. For a three day stay is fine to use the suitcase as storage, but it could be problematic for longer stays.

Really nice rooms, bar, bathroom and desk in the room. Good bed and really nice friendly staff. Breakfast all I could want.

Breakfast: all ok exept the quality of the fruit juice, missed body and taste. Rooms: perfect and clean, just the ventilation in the bathroom was rather loud and could not be shut down so disturbing sound all night ... If the bathroom door could be left opened with something of a hook that might be a solution to get the moist of the shower out and the ventilation quiet. Reception desk: check-in in every Premier Inn really takes too long, it seems all of the details still need to be looked in before check-in can be arranged. My colleagues actually want to switch hotels because of that reason.

This is a very comfortable hotel. It is conveniently located a short walk from the station and the main shopping street, Bahnhofstrasse. There is a laundromat just a few minutes away in Triererstrasse. The hotel room is a good size, the bed is super comfortable, and the shower is always hot! We chose the breakfast option which is a bit pricey but very varied and comfortable. It was so convenient to have a bar downstairs. We slept really well each night.

I thought the bathroom could have been warmer. We arrived just as the weather turned cold so maybe the hotel heating just hadn’t been adjusted yet.

A nice, spacious room, with a kettle and even some complimentary tea/instant coffee. The design is nice as well. The price of the rooms is acceptable. The location is fantastic.

The breakfasts were insanely expensive. I don't eat large breakfasts, and 17 euro for a croissant/bread roll and a cup of coffee is just too much. - Although we rented out a room for two people, there was only one chair in it. - There was a fire alarm one night, and the hotel staff did not inform the people whether its safe to go inside of not. It's only when the firefighters started leaving that we figured it was safe to go in. - The name is confusing: there is another Premiere Inn just a couple hundred meters away, which is just by the entrance to the Congresshalle. This one is a bit further away. Not a major problem, but be careful when finding the hotel.

The room had high standard, was very clean, and the bed comfortable. The air condition worked perfectly. The room was very quiet with minimal noise. The blackout curtains were an absolute delight. The entrance and hallways were clean. Good quality all around. The photos matched reality. A very comfortable stay. I would choose this hotel again.

The booking included free breakfast on booking.com, but the clerk behind the counter said breakfast was not included. That it costed extra. The TV offered nothing but random channels on satelitte. No smart hub or screensharing. Though there was an HDMI port I did not try, but I'm assuming one could mirror their laptop.

During our stay, we had the pleasure of being right in the heart of the city, which made our experience truly remarkable. The convenience of having shops and services within easy reach was a definite highlight. Whether we needed to pick up essentials, indulge in some retail therapy, or explore local businesses, everything was just a stone's throw away. The bustling energy and vibrant atmosphere of the city center added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the abundance of options available to us and found it incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a place that offers a wealth of shops and services, staying in the center of the city is a fantastic choice.

One aspect of our stay that was a bit challenging was the limited parking space available. Unfortunately, the number of parking spots provided was not sufficient to accommodate all guests, which created some inconvenience for us. Adding to this, we also noticed the presence of a vigilant tow-away service in the area. While this may be reassuring in terms of maintaining order and ensuring parking regulations are followed, it also added an element of stress to our stay. It's important to be aware of the potential risks and take extra precautions when it comes to parking in the vicinity. It would be advisable to inquire about alternative parking options or consider public transportation if available.

The staff was friendly. Especially Marly who was in charge of breakfast and the kitchen (they should give her a raise). She always checked on us and even cooked some things especially for us. But the other staff were friendly as well. We went here because of the Toggo Tour for children that was happening in the park nearby. So it was the perfect location for that purpose. It's also walking distance from the main train station. However, I don't think the neighborhood itself is anything special. You can walk to the old city (Altstadt), but it will take you around 20+ minutes. Good idea to take the bus instead.

The cleaning was a bit irregular. Didn't come when they thought they would. Also, normally there's a phone in the room where you can call reception, right? In this case, they don't have that. You either have to call using your mobile phone or just go down yourself.
