The breakfast was amazing. There was all the standard buffet, fresh breads Cereals Jams, cheeses and meats, and there was always the offer of eggs however you like them. I have to say I had perfect boiled eggs every morning.

There was nothing not to like, The staff were so welcoming, The food was excellent. Service was amazing. The rooms were so clean and spacious. I could not find a single thing to say I did not like that.

A lovely place with very friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking for our motorbike. Good base for moto ride outs.

Pillows very soft for our liking. Schenkenzell is great for walkers or cyclists but not much for sightseers beyond the ruins. As Brits we would have liked tea making facility in the room but it was no problem to get one, or a beer 🙂, from the restaurant and take it back to the room.

Excellent staff who were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection and everything was fresh, including the coffee. Beer was wonderful as was the evening meal. We haven't been here for 7 years and our stay brought back so many lovely memories, the overall quality of our stay was fantastic.

For us it was a stop on our long travel from A to B. Very comfortable stop that ticked all the boxes: easy to reach, nice location, interesting neighbourhood, safe parking, good restaurant on the spot, comfortable room. Easy booking, friendly stuff.

Plenty of free parking. Room was comfortable and food was excellent if a little pricey however this was made up for with the robot waiter who delivered the food.

It was a heatwave so room was very warm with no fan.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and good location for exploring the surrounding areas. We had a very spacious room for a family travelling with a toddler and a baby. More than enough parking available at the hotel.

We like our beds a bit firmer but was since we only stayed a couple of days, it was not a big problem. We would have liked to be able to make coffee in room in the mornings but as breakfast is served from early on we could get our fill easily.

Great location to explore the lovely villages , hiking areas etc.. nice walk to Schiltach historical village. Friendly staff … easy parking… good restaurant … great breakfast . Room was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed.

We stayed at the Waldblick as was riding the zip line. The location was fabulous. Plenty of parking. The hotel was superb. Staff were helpful, friendly & very welcoming. The rooms were great. Good Breakfast .. highly recommend. will definitely stay again

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable bedroom and bath. Dinner was really delicious and the restaurant had a nice ambient. Fully recommended****
