The hotel is located just outside the U-Bahn station of Maybachstraße which is perfect for visiting the city centre. The hotel has a private underground car park which costs €10 a day. Accessible elevator from the car park straight to the hotel reception and rooms. The hotel room is basic but clean and sufficient for a few nights. Beds are comfortable. Shower is separate from the toilet and the sink is situated in the room itself. The reception area has a coffee machine and snacks available for sale. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it.

It would have been nice to have a choice of soft and firm pillows (only soft ones were available). There isn't much to do in the vicinity in the evenings.

The check in went very fast and good. I also could add a parking space in the garage so that was also handled very fast. Then the room was what I expected. Clean, simple, the bed was good for me. It was what I expected for 78 EURO a night. The location is also good if one has a car that I had. Not sure with transport else.

Overall was all good. One point is it was a bit fresh in the room, not expected as is June but outside was not warm either. I tried to put on the heater but did not manage. I could also have asked I am sure but for 1 night I did not want to go into. So that was even more on my side as I did not ask but wanted to go to bed. I had enough bed sheets so I had warm enough to sleep. So that is basically also fine.

The location was better than expected, just five stops from the Hauptbahnhof and a few blocks from a lovely park for walking/running. You pop out of the U-bahn just steps from the front door... hard to beat that when you've got luggage with you. The breakfast was great -- lots of delicious options and plenty of coffee choices. Didn't interact with staff much, but everyone I did talk to was friendly and helpful.

Long wait for the elevator (because one elevator was broken, which I imagine will be a transient problem). Some street noise on the front side, so if you're a light sleeper, I would bring earplugs.

The room was pretty clean. There were enough towels for two people as well as a soap, a body wash, and toilet paper.

I'm sad I couldn't open the window fully. It only opened a bit which wasn't enough to ventilate the room properly before going to sleep. I get that this was probably done for safety reasons but it still felt too hot and hard to breathe the entire night because of that. The only dirty thing about the room was the shower which had a couple of hairs from other people. The shower door was also pretty bad. It didn't close properly and I needed to ask my wife to hold it for me, so I wouldn't leave a puddle of water next to the bed.

1. Good transport connections as hotel is right at the metro station. 2. Tegut supermarket is a 5 min walk. Hot snacks and hot drinks available there. 3. Room was very tidy, comfortable and clean.

1. Connecting to WiFi from my room was difficult. It takes about 5 min of searching to connect to the hotspot. Sometimes I had to go down to Reception to connect to WiFi, and then bring up my phone to the room. However, once connected, the WiFi connection holds. Suspect signal is marginal in my room. 2. No hot cooked breakfast eg scrambled eggs etc. 3. Electric kettle in room was not provided, though requested. 4. No nearby pharmacy. Few restaurants and eateries within walking distance.

Perfect for the price and for a small trip with a family.IS not luxury, but budget category, however is clean, has all the facilities one can wish for. Walking distance from train station, from city center , perfect for a short trip.

A bit faster WIFI. AC abit noisy, but was we did not needed, and if you open the windows in the evening , tends tobe abit noisy as it our room overlook the main street.

Simple clean compact room. Basic shower/WC. Bed was comfortable, air-con was good. Quiet. Right next to U-bahn station.

Shower is small & opens directly into the room. That's a small point, and not a big deal to me. I guess that is what makes it a relatively cheap option. I stayed during Euro 24 football, so it was expensive at that time. Supply & demand..

Clean, very very polite and accommodating staff, quiet.

We had our sign on our door for housekeeping to come in and change towels, empty bin etc. except they didn’t come in for the whole time we stayed there !! :( so we had wet towels and an overflowing bin. Rooms could do with some more space to hang T-shirts, dresses etc

The staff were VERY nice. Room was perfect for me. Great breakfast. Right near a metro stop so that I cocould be in the heart of the city in 5 min.

All good. Little hiccup at check in as I was told that despite booking a room for 3 and breakfast, that actually there was only 1 breakfast and I'd have to pay for another 2 there. Obviously I questioned this and it was sorted out without issue, Breakfast for the budget was all good!
