The room was very clean am spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and big. The sauna was also cool, clean and the shower in the SPA was great. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. We got a room upgrade and we thought it was a very nice gesture.

There were not any house slippers or bathrobe in the room which you would expect, especially if the hotel has a SPA. In one evening at 20:30 there were only very small towels in the SPA and we missed some big towels or bathrobes. There was almost no soap in the room when we arrived but next day the dispenser was refilled. In the last morning the lady who wanted to clean the room came in the room without knocking or noticing the "do not disturb sign" outside the door and 1,5h before check-out time.

I liked the hotel's location, cleanliness and modern decoration

The incompetence of the reception staff, the first said that he did not find my name in the reservation, and the other said that she found my name, but only one room reserves. After my insistence and showing them my reservations by booking. Com and the emails sent by hotel, they said that they found two rooms reservation in my name!!

From the emails we received before our visit, we knew this was going to be different. The room was huge, ultra modern and very clean and comfortable. From the huge bed to the window sofa, we had a lovely stay. There is a bar and restaurant on site but limited on time and offerings on a Sunday which is the day we visited. Next door is a shopping centre that you could lose a day in easily. We were only there for a night but found time to get into the city via a short metro ride and visit a choice of bars and restaurants. Although we could have had breakfast in the hotel, we chose a lovely Patisserie in the shopping centre instead as we could take out for our onward journey. Parking was a short walk away in an underground car park and cost around 18 euro a day I believe. You can park out front of the hotel though to unload. Overall, a very nice stay and staff were always pleasant to talk too.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff very attentive. There’s an amazing terrace for sunset drinks, a restaurant and a sauna. It’s next to a mall with everything one could need and 20 minutes walking from the Main train Station and just next to a train station. It was very easy to find.

I would have liked to enjoy the terrace a bit more. Sadly the rooftop terrace was closed on Sunday and Monday! Not the best for a traveller arriving on Saturday and leaving on Tuesday. And unfortunately since the bar was not open, the terrace access was completely closed so we couldn’t even seat to enjoy the sunrise.

The suite that I had was great and had plenty of room. Breakfast was great and the omelets were cooked to perfection every day. The location is ideal as you're right next to the Milaneo Mall, and right around the corner from the Stadtbibliothek U-Bahn station.

Parking was a little tricky as the hotel's lot was full and I had to use the Milaneo Mall parking. The front desk clerk told us to go to the second parking garage entrance as that's for the hotels. They told us to park in either lot A or B, which I assumed were only accessible from that entrance. However, the lot was very full when I arrived and I did not notice that I crossed a threshold into Lot D, which is closed on Sundays. Of course I needed my car on Sunday and had to call security to get the car out. It cost an extra 58euro and about an hour of wasted time, but it was my own fault. So pay attention when parking there!

No real dislikes. Parking fee is expensive. Similarly, didn’t bother with breakfast as it’s too pricey. A bit of a walk (or short train ride) to centre of city so the location might not be quite right for some

The location of the hotel was very central, right next to a public plaza and an underground station. Also walking distance to Schlossplatz, which was nice. The room was very spacious and stylish and made us very welcome. The breakfast was super yummy and I especially loved the made to order omelettes. There is also a rooftop bar on the sixth floor with a very nice ambience and outdoor seating with city views. we reached late the first day of check-in and our kid was super tired, so we had no opportunity to eat somewhere in the city. Hence we ordered burgers from the 6th-floor bar and ate it in our room and I must mention, the food was very delicious and very well presented. We did not feel bad for staying in our rooms!.

People working at Jaz are very friendly and helpful - uncomplicated Check-in and parking lot directly opposite the hotel (for only EUR 20 which is more than fair). Love the breakfast buffet that offers a wide range of food. Shopping center next to the hotel and a very nice rooftop bar. Big and clean rooms.

1- main entrance is not obvious while driving on the street and its difficult to know which one is hotel and apartments entrances. No big sign to know where to drop off. 2- no parking within the hotel building and need to park 2 lower basements on the other side of the road.

really nicely laid out and cool set up. room was great - concerns over shower but it is completely sealed and not see through as it appears in the picture. reception staff really helpful and friendly parking really easy to use and sort location great with bars and restaurants nearby

Rhythm restaurant wasn’t open so just terrace - couldn’t get a table even for a drink which is a shame. Priority was given to non guests with reservations.
