This hotel is value for money. They provide free coffee at the reception and the staff worked very efficiently. I was lucky to have a room with balcony. The facility was old but was well maintained. One station from Stuttgart Hbf but you can walk from there too. It has quiet neighbourhood so I could relax there.

I think that it was a special case but a cleaning staff forgot to take care of a bin box at my room. There was full of garbage in the bin box. Aside from that, everything was ok. Not so many restaurants or supermarkets nearby. It is better to finish meals or shopping at Hauptbahnhof.

Staff was super friendly and really tried to help with every request. Even though it is a little walk away from the main station, it is very easy to get there. City noise is acceptable, not too disturbing and the nearby Milaneo shopping centre gives you a lot of possibilities.

Breakfast buffet was ok - I only thought that the selection would have been a bit bigger. I missed something warm like scrambled eggs etc.

The location was really good, super convenient to the Milaneo shopping centre and the U-Bahn Station. Facilities and staff were also lovely!

Purely subjective, but the duvet didn't go over the edge of my bed, which was a strange feeling and something I'm not used to.

We had a problem with someone having an accident and the on duty person from the staff that night helped us with first aid, calling an ambulance, organizing a taxi to the hospital to see the injured person and was there to support in the best possible manner. Thank you very much for that once again.

Nice and quiet hotel, just 1km walking from Stuttgart HB. Really friendly staff, which help us and give us recommendations on how to move around Stuttgart and what to see. The room was good size and had a door to the outdoor patio. The bed very comfortable, All in all a really enjoyable stay, just a pity we only stayed 1 night.

I wanted a single bed for 2 people but got two separate beds and they were splitting when we made movements in the bed. location was close to city center, but it wasn't near a metro and it's a bit hilly.

Bit aged, but well kept hotel. Comfy rooms and friendly staff. Excellent overnight stay. Good value for money. Beware goggle maps directs you to the basement garage, not the entrance!

Very quiet location, but still close enough to walk to main train station. Nice walk as well all mainly pedestrianised and modern. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and informative. Even a sauna and gym downstairs, with relaxation area.
