From start to finish the stay was well-arranged. Even the most standard rooms are very spacious with king size beds and lots of room for storage. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub which in many other hotels in this price range is not standard either. I really liked the industrial design and atmosphere around the building. Breakfast buffet offers a lot of choice. In total I can hardly imagine getting more value for the price I paid.

The location was ideal for me because it was close to where I needed to be, but tourism that does not come by car may struggle to get to around the area.

Clean hotel, nice breakfast selection and overall reception area. The staff was very responsive at the reception!

I think management is not thinking logically by asking for 12 euros for parking per night. It is a suburban hotel, so nothing around. You can literally only walk for 15min to Kaufland. Rest is car dealerships around, not even a restaurant in a walking distance. Just include it in your rates and don't bother people with it. There was an odd smell on the third floor that seemed to be from sewer. We said something but don't think they could've done much.

Riverside location was lovely sunny spot.

We stayed for 10 nights and found some mornings the breakfast was poorly presented, food selections were not replenished and the same fish offered over three or more days. On other days, the breakfast choice was full and fresh, this appeared to be inconsistent management and different standards.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It offered everything my family needed during our stay in Berlin. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Loved the coffee and the cappuccino. You can have a drink at night in the bar/restaurant inside or outside. Nice garden.

Bring some repellent for mosquitos if you stay in the Summer.

Spacious room, nice bathroom, rich breakfast, renovated hotel, good location by the river, fantastic bar terrace where you can drink coffee or beer... Very good experience, would gladly come again.

There are three things to mention: 1. A normal closet in the room would be nice 2. Parking IS expensive. You can park downtown Berlin for less money. 3. Also breakfast is too expensive. I mean 18.5 eur for kids of 12 years and up...I could agree on that price for adults but kids should have had 50% off. No doubt. But still all in all it is a very good hotel.

pillows too soft and no option for firmer ones. parking costs 12.50€ a day even if you have to park in dark woodsy place with sandy ground because no parking in regular lot. very crowded one of the nights (no seats at breakfast, no parking). some staff are great; others (particularly at desk) give you the: we can’t do anything, etc line.

Vey nice clean hotel. The staff were great. The facilities were clean, beds were very comfortable. There is a nice garden looking over the river where you can set there and relax and enjoy the nice view. The hotel is close to restaurants and grocery stores within a short walking distance. Also very close to Berlin, you can be in the center within 25 minutes by car. The lady at the reception was very kind and gave us free parking since we were a family with children. I would definitely go there again.

Nothing everything was great

Everything was great, the breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of posibilities to eat. The rooms are very spacious and the bed was huge. We were very happy for the back yard. Excelent place to drink the mornig coffee and have breakfast.

I did not like that there is no posibility for charging electric cars at the location. The price rather high in May.

We liked absolutely everything at this hotel. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean. Very well cleaned daily. Beds and linen were just osy and extremely comfortable. Great breakfast. Parking. Good location close to busses to get to Berlin or Potsdam. Thank you, your hotel is in our top 3 from all hotels we ever visited

Bed mattress was memory foam and very comfortable for sleeping, one of the best hotel beds I slept in. Good breakfast, good wifi.

Something like a cooling cabinet was in the room, which only made noise, but wouldn't cool even a bottle of water. No EV charging facilities in or around the hotel. Cleanliness was OK, but not spotless.
