Great new hotel in a quiet area.. Value for money an very friendly staff..

Everything was perfect, cannot complain anything

Location is great. Right next to a grocery store and a cafe is down the street. I had a request and they were able to accommodate my family. Fluffy pillows! Late night checkin was easy.

Very nice and modern building. Looks and feels more expensive than most 3 star hotels I've been to lately. Loved the Grimm's stories theme details. Room and toilet were very confortable. AC was a pus. Bike rental was great to explore the local area and reasonably priced. Loved the outdoor seating area of the restaurant for sunny days.

Breakfast was nothing special and felt a bit overpriced. Location was good for what we needed (we were attending a wedding in the vecinity) but would not chose it if wanting to visit the center of Berlin.

Nice options in the breakfast. Appreciated the authentic Euro breakfast. Mix of cold and hot foods. Coffee was excellent. It looked like they had a number of fun lunch and dinner specials of various types, like Mexican. Staff was nice. They were willing to let me practice my poor German, while they practiced their English. Fun!

Room got hot in the middle of the night. We couldn't figure out why. The parking was kind of expensive. So we parked in the nearby bus lot, which was about 100 meters away. Not a problem.

The hotel has modern fairytale decorations everywhere. Our rooms where very comfy and clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Hotel's staff were very helpful and accommodating. They went far and beyond to make my stay a pleasant one. Restaurant's menu is quite good but clearly misses your classic steak.

Hotel car park gets full to the point that you will not be able to find a place even though you said you need a spot and you pay 15 EUR per day for it. I think a reserved parking approach (at least for the guests staying longer time) would be great.

very good noise insulation, comfortable bed, excellent buffet breakfast and possibility to have breakfast on the terrace.

sauna is closed in summer but it was cold and it would be nice to access it. rooms are small . Although it is possible to order the room service, there is only one chair and no table in a double room. Red spot on the sheet. kettle and mugs in the room would be useful. Very few non german channels on tv.

The location is nice, I love the interior/design of the furnitures etc.

The aircondition, or the temperaturw in the room especially for triple room.. we weren’t able to sleep well becauae it was really warm eventhough the the aircon/Ventilator was already on max. Also maybe just a suggestion, it would be nice if they would also provide body lotion and Hair Conditioner in their Toiletries.

I liked the vibe, It was like a fairytale, the neighborhood is so calm and nice. our room was exactly like the picture. the staff was so nice. location wise it is a tiny bit far from the center but you can take the public transportation and use a direct ride so no problem. room service is great, we had afternoon drinks in the hotel it was very nice

i just wish there was a kettle or refrigerator in the room

The property is in a lovely quiet location which is exactly what we were looking for. The staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Nothing bad to say about the property at all. The only glitch was that the local train service at Teltow wasn’t running so it took a little longer to get to Sudkreuz train station using the bus service - but we saw more of the outskirts that way and we weren’t in a hurry.
