The room was very nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I had a need. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, even if you didn't get the breakfast included. The rooms are quiet despite being in a busy street right near the center of town. The beds were a firm comfortable, which is my preference, and there were some nice space-saving features, like fold down makeup station in the main room.

Despite being a twin room, which assumes two people, there were only towels for one person in the bathroom. I am sure I could have asked for more, but my roommate happened to not come, making it not actually a problem, but was odd. Also, the room was a little cramped for 2 people plus luggage. There was a spot for a carry-on, but it was a fold down thing from the wall and would have blocked the second person from going to the bathroom. Probably you could fit two larger luggage by the window, so it's not a huge problem, but something to be aware of for stays of more than one night.

This is going to be a special review and mostly will be positive things about the staff and their professionalism. For some reason (maybe booking error from the hotel side or an actual practical reason) we could not stay in the hotel. However and although we hadn't paid in advance, the staff did not just sent us away or just help us find another accomodation they went the extra mile and sent us to another hotel and they covered the difference. I was so pleased with this behaviour. Can't say anything about the room or the hotel as we just saw the lobby.

Like I said could not stay at this hotel and I cannot find any cons.

The location is convenient to the train station, though there are some temporary detours due to a bridge replacement. The Neckar is also just a few blocks away. The staff was friendly and fluent in German and English. The breakfast selection was relatively large and generally the same from day to day. The room cleanliness was impeccable.

Breakfast was expensive. Although the property is air conditioned, in the rooms I didn’t feel any air movement. This would have been nice after walking through the the hot weather, but I also understand that Germans do not like to feel air movement in general. My room had a spectacular view of the train tracks and station, along with graffiti, though the area seems safe enough.

Very close to station and yet the old town was also within easy walking distance. The free coffee and chilled water on tap available from the lobby 24 hours a day was very welcome (especially given the hot weather: it was nice to fill my water bottle before heading out and after coming back). This was a simple, efficient, unfussy kind of a hotel. All the guests seemed to be content and everything worked well. It was really a pleasant place to stay.

Perfectly organized modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room was lovely and very comfy. Breakfast was great with good choices. Location is easy, if you arrive by train, as you can just leave the train station on the back end and walk to the hotel in less than 10 minutes. The hotel is also in easy walking distance to the river and old town.

Parking is an issue around the hotel, unless you rent a parking garage spot.

Great location, very clean and modern rooms, good size room, large pull out bed for third person.

Parking Garage for guests was already full at the time of check in, even though we arrived at 3pm. But there was public parking directly accessible from the hotel, so everything worked out well. Had to keep the window closed at night, as there is a small club across the street which played loud music through the night.

Comfortable room, room-darkening curtains very quiet despite the amount of traffic close by. Excellent sound insulation!Helpful and professional staff. Excellent breakfast and late check-out time.

It would help to have a small fridge in the room. The shower shield in the bathroom does not help much: despite all caution the floor gets wet,even when you crouch in a corner to have a shower.

Room was great, clean and quiet. Service at reception was excellent. Location also is great as it is very central.

Parking was requested when I made the booking, however was not available at point of arrival. Thankfully there was public secured parking available not too far away from the hotel. Still disappointing.

The staff generally were great. The breakfast was very good as was the location.

The bathroom fixtures were a bit strange. No door in the shower so the floor got wet and the sink was designed so it didn’t drain very well. The room cleaning service was a bit erratic.

Breakfast - room for improvement! This is the only aspect I would fault with this hotel. Otherwise staff were excellent 👌 Options for Breakfast was poor!! Bar was good. Would have been great to.have bit more options on food for breakfast and more staff.
