This is probably the best ibis budget I've stayed in. The room was a pretty good size, it was comfy and quiet and had everything required except a kettle. (Travel kettle came in handy!). It was super clean. Doors are key coded for security and saves carrying a key about with you. Short walk from the station and the trams/ buses stopped on the main road right nearby. (By the way, the dijon ham croissant at the station was amazing!! ) Very happy with our stay and would stay again. If you want a clean, comfy but basic room for a night or two, it is perfect.

This is a quite basic hotel. Rooms are simple without any frills but there is a bed, toilet, sink and shower, flat-screen TV and actually even air condition (not needed in March), which is not so usual for a cheap hotel. If you have stayed at another Ibis Budget you will recognize the room, it is essentially identical to other such hotels I have visited, so I knew what to expect. Location is very good, easy walking distance from the train station, tram and bus just outside the door, the old city a couple of blocks away. This and the price are the main advantages. (People who are willing to pay more can also consider the normal Ibis hotel next door.)

Sound isolation is not good. Could hear sounds from neighbouring rooms and the corridor. My room had a window to the inner yard, so there was no disturbing traffic outside, but also no view.

The location was excellent for the intended purpose of the stay. The property responded quickly to my questions and concerns. The property meet my expectations, it provided all I need for the short stay.

There was nothing in particular that I didn't like. I didn't have high expectations too, so there was nothing that could disappoint me during my stay.

Easy check-in, reception was very helpful and nice. Room seemed very clean. Garage was tiny but helpful.

I have booked this hotel 2 times now on this site, both times for three people (one adult and two children). Both times, all people have been listed on the reservation and the reservation has said "breakfast included." But both times when I have arrived, I have been told that the breakfast reservation was only for one adult, the children were an additional charge. It is only 8 euros more (16 euro total), but it is frustrating that I was asked to pay extra each time. The first time we stayed months ago, the front desk refused to remove the adult breakfast. This time, the front desk person was very nice to remove the breakfast charge so that we could instead go to a nearby grocery and eat for 3 euros all together.

used this hotel for a one-night stay in June 2021 to visit the open-air performance in Wilhelmsburg. The hotel is located just on the way from the center to the castle - very convenient! Check-in and check-out process was super easy.

Pillows are very small and light. No breakfast - we were advised breakfast is not served due to COVID-19 only upon arrival. The soap container in the shower cabin wasn't re-filled to our arrival. The floor around the cabin is becoming wet when one takes a shower, and it's a problem since the bathroom area is not separated from the main room.

The hotel is easy to find from the train station, less than 10 minutes walk The room was larger than I expected I asked for a quiet room, and it was truly quiet Breakfast from 6.15am meant it was easy to catch an early train It was just a short walk to restaurants for an evening meal

The room was perfectly workable. The location close to the city center and railway station which is convenient.

The whole process of getting a booking guarantee for check-ins after 6 PM by separately providing credit card info was a bit cumbersome. And for check-in after 9 PM, they send a code to enter the hotel and the room. So, make sure you have internet connection between 6 and 9 PM.

Very good location,beds were comfortable

On our second night some women in one of the upstairs rooms were shouting.screaming,stomping all night and we couldnt sleep because of their noises.because it was after 22:00 there was no receptionist so we couldn't notify the hotel staff.

Very practical place, walking distance to the city centre. Rooms are basic, but spacious. Good value for money. Beds comfortable. The hotel has a free parking, on a first come first served basis. We've stayed here to go to Legoland.

Shower is a bit small, and you need to undress in the room.

Location near to bahnhof and citycentre especially close to Ulm Minster and the busstop was very close where often bus or tram are available to the university

I would prefer to have stable and fast heating system.
