The room was big and very clean, smelled fresh with giant and very comfortable beds. Only thing about the room that would need improvement would be the pilows. Big bathroom with handsoap, showergel and hairdryer. Personnel very nice and a good and diverse breakfast with enough options. Beautiful little town on the banks of the Danube with lots of restaurants.

We had a room without airco, we didn't think it would be this warm mid September. We couldn't sleep with the window open due to the noise on the street, loud cars and people till after 2 o'clock in the morning. The hotel can't do anything about that, though. We had a ventilator in the room, that was a nice touch.

From the outside the hotel doesn't look up to much, however upon checking in the staff were really helpful. Safe garaged parking for the motorcycles and large rooms with hairdryer , air con and toiletries. No bar but vending machine downstairs if you need it. Lovely courtyard and breakfast area. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh eggs and bacon were also offered to order. Free large bottle of water in the room too. about a 5-10 min walk to the Munster square, shops and restaurants and a further 5 mins to the Fishermans Quarter depending which route taken - so excellent location.

Nothing really - for the price paid it was perfect.

Check-in and check-out were great, the rooms were large, comfortable, and clean, the location was excellent (within walking distance of all of the Ulm Altstadt), the breakfast was very good and in a comfortable dining room, and, perhaps best of all, the little bar fridge at the entrance of the hotel, well stocked with juice, soda, beer, and wine, all at good prices, was amazing. More hotels should have such a fridge!

There were a set of stairs to get to our room on the third floor (i.e., the elevator only goes to the second floor), but all four of us were in good shape, so this was not a problem. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The room was ideal for us as a family. We were at the top of the hotel so it was quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal location for a short walk into the centre of Ulm and the Munster. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options to choose from (perfect, when travelling with a fussy eater).

There's only 1 small lift, so when checking out and returning to your car in the garage it can take a long time to wait for a lift with enough space for you and the bags. After 15mins waiting we gave up and took the stairs (which we probably needed after eating a big breakfast).

The hotel was clean, modern and conveniently situated just minutes walk from the main historic centre of Ulm. There was onsite and very cheap parking timed from the minute of arrival. Just be aware that you need to check in before being able to enter the car park - for us this was not an issue. Our room was spacious and quiet with very good sound proofing throughout the building - all good for a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was excellent. We were there for one night en route through to the Brenner pass. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend.

We had no negative points to raise.

Family suite 311, apartment on top floor of over 20 metres in length with rooms bigger than most standard houses. Clean and all you need for a stopover with my family. Friendly staff at reception. Breakfast was okay, but one staff member there was just arrogant once she noticed I didn't speak German to her and that spoiled the morning, but I realised it was just one person that acted like that. The rest was good and friendly. Very nice hotel.

One staff member that received our family for breakfast, she was not friendly and welcoming.

Very comfortable mattresses, had amazing night's sleep. Staff very helpful. Parking, although expensive, but top notch and clearly marked, right underneath the hotel. Family room had separate room for kids, which we found very useful. Very nice touch, when arriving there were little surprises waiting for us, which kids quite enjoyed 😁

At breakfast the situation was a bit confusing, as we were not offered the cooked breakfast although other people were attended to. It was quickly rectified though.

Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, parking available on the site (public garage used by the hotel).

Our room faced the street. There was no air conditioning so we had to keep the window open. There was a bar across the street that played loud music and had drunken and rowdy guests until 3am on a workday. Then at 5am we were woken by delivery trucks. We would recommend installing air conditioning so the guests can keep the noise out.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food. The room configuration was perfect for a comfortable family stay. All the beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. This hotel is very clean and conveniently located a short walking distance from many restaurants as well as the center of Ulm.

Huge duplex family room with 2 toilets. Kids were absolutely happy. 7-8 minutes walk from the Ulm cathedral. Big underground parking with direct elevator to rooms. Remember to check-in before parking, elevator is accessible only with room key.

Nothing really. The only inconvenience is if you live on 3rd floor you will need to climb the stairs with all your suitcases from the 2nd floor. There is no elevator on 3rd floor
