The staff members were gracious and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent and the outdoor patio was an ideal spot to enjoy the company of others. Being able to walk to the tram proved to be an big benefit - allowing us to avoid a car rental while visiting Ulm.

Very nice small place. Good for layover during your trip. Tasty breakfast and fresh food. Very nice and polite staff. Especially young lady at the reception desk who speak very good English tried help me with the plug adapter. Big thank you. I will call in again if in the area.

Great place to stay if you have work at the science park or at the hospital. Very friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms with bed, big bath and tv. Excellent breakfast. So many different choices! muesli, eggs, cheese, ham, sweets, coffee, juice. Just perfect! 15 min from the center with tram number 2, 5 min away from the hotel The ticket costs 2.70.

Poor internet connection

Breakfast and on-site restaurant were very pleasant. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Maybe an extra towel would be nice. Not much around it (it seems to be in a tech business park), but one can get to the University with a short walk.

Very clean, nice size room, parking directly outside, good food, Italian menu. Check if restaurant is open. I think it was closed Sunday and there didn’t appear to be any nearby restaurants. Giid breakfast.

No faults, value for money, it’s situated within a business and student complex so limited facilities in close proximity. However we were aware of this when we booked.

Clean. Fresh. Friendly staff. In the lobby a possibility to make a cup of tea/coffee or take a fresh fruit by late arrival. Good breakfast. Possibility to store the bikes indoors ( into the cellar room). Parking next to the hotel ( no extra charges) A perfect place to spend a night.

Everything we found to be clean and comfortable. Grateful that our Dog could stay there. Used the exterior seating area which was helpful. Breakfast was good. Friendly male Receptionist greeted us, as we arrived later than had hoped due to traffic accident.

Very clean, nice and neat hotel. Lady at the counter and in a restaurant were very professional and nice. Very good spacious room, also breakfast was more than i expected. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is in the transit stay whilst on holiday or business trip.

Perfect location as stopover from Italy to Belgium

Internet was not working in room. By checkout the lady mentioned they know about the issue but don't know what to do about it. Not great for a Hotel with so many offices around it.

Friendly staff; coffee machine in the breakfast area; comfortable bed.

The lighting in the room insufficient if you have to work or read. The wifi not useable on work-laptop because of VPN system.
