The staff at bar was extremely nice and professional! I enjoyed so much for all the service there. That made my days special. Rooms were perfect. Everything went smoothly. Parking was free. Whole stay was refreshing, relaxing and i felt very welcome in every turn. Could not wish anything more! I sincerely recommend! Location is charming at countryside village if Parsdorf. There is bavarian and italian restaurant in village. Plus there is McD and KFC at nearby mall area. Also TotalEnergy station with very well airconditioned cafe. Tesla charging station also at mall area. Access to the city of Munich is easy by bus and train.

A nice room with very comfortable bed and very big shower. The room was clean, perfect for one night. We travelled with a dog and there was no problem with his stay or a visit at the hotel's restaurant.The staff of the hotel was very professional, helped us with the luggage and all the information needed.The restaurant was very cozy and private, the meals were delicious. Nice, easily approachable outdoor area allowed us to take the dog out in between the meals during our dinner. The staff of the restaurant was also helpful, helped us choose what to order accordingly to our tastes. Free parking in front of the hotel was a big plus.

The shower did not have a door so after shower the floor was a bit flooded.

Staying here become our standard every time we travel around. Location fits our needs, hotel facility is nice, restaurant is good for dinners as well as for breakfast. Rooms are nice, comfy and clean. There are things to do with kids around and you can also do some shopping. I am not even looking for any other hotels, booking this one right-away.

The fridge did not work this time, but I forgot to report it so it is on me. This time we also got a room with carpets which I do not like so much. Generally speaking I prefer hard wood or stone floor in the hotels. The room was great otherwise, spacious.

Staff really friendly. Room clean. The big surprise was the TV, really big and with several services ready (cast of smartphone was supported). The breakfast was also really good. The parking was in front of the hotel, really big and free.

The croissant were not the best ones. Maybe too much time in the oven. The breakfast was anyway really good. My wife slept with one kid in the kids bed. It was a bit uncomfortable for her. But, being a kids bed, I think it is ok. I slept in the other bed with the other kid and for me it was really comfortable. The two kids slept also really good.

The location is bad - there were only outlet and furniture stores around. Besides fast food - there was no decent restaurant in the area. For lunch and the days when restaurant was closed we couldn’t even order anything but kebab or pizza. Nothing to see either.

Friendly staff, cleanness and close to super market and restaurants. The location is perfect for those that land in Munich Airport and don’t plan to visit Munich to have rest and start their journey.

This was our third visit and we came to see that not all rooms of the same category have the same layout so we had less beds that the last 2 visits.

Everything was really good. It started by nice staff at reception. Room was big enough, beds as well as baby bed nicely prepared, all clean and neat. Breakfast is at additional 19 EUR per head, kids free of charge, but it was worthy. Rich offer of tasty treats. Restaurant looked pretty cool also for dinner, but we had no time to try. Steak aging chamber which is next to the bar looked awesome. Next time for sure...

Well, we asked for a quiet room. It was not necessarily noisy, but it definitely was not the quiet room. On the first floor, next to elevator and close by lobby and bar. I picture quiet differently.

The hotel is near A94, taking approx. 20min to central Munich. Easy to park with a free parking lot. The room is large and light. Coffee capsules and tea were refilled every day.

The pillows are too soft for us. Also, the room service is not very sustainable: we hang our towels on the rack, planning to reuse them, but all five of them were changed everyday :(

Great value for money if you are passing through. My mom and I had absolutely delicious steak at the hotel restaurant for dinner, and the breakfast the next morning was fabulous. TONS of options and really delicious for a buffet - they can often be hit or miss!

I would take a couple points away for: (1) noise (thin walls, could hear baby wailing all night next to me), (2) air conditioner in my mom's room was dripping all night and she had to put a towel down to absorb the water, and (3) toiletries are just cheap soap. Overall what you would expect from a Best Western
