Breakfast was adequate. I was surprised and pleased that they even offered some vegan choices, along with plant based milk options. The pillows and beds were comfy and the room was clean. ? Mohammed? Was super kind and helpful at the front desk.

The man checking us out was not friendly and seemed bothered to help is. He also was Ryder to my kids when they tried to buy a drink the evening prior-maybe he was tired. I absolutely hated the fact that there were so many people smoking outside the front door and the smells from the cigarettes also blew inside. I was disappointed there was no gym

Breakfast is amazing. You make a fresh start for the day. The room was cleaned everyday, they changed the towels everyday. Staff was really understanding, friendly and helpful. If I came to Munich again I would stay here again…Strongly recommended.

The only disadvantage of the hotel was its location. You have to take the bus and go for three stations to the train station and then take the train to the city center. It is 6 stops further from the main attractions. Public transport is really expensive in Munich.

Clean room and bathroom. The main bed was super comfy. Place to park your car. 5 min drive to restaurant and supermarket Close to highway. Very handy location if you need one night break.

The sofa for children was extremely uncomfortable. Easy to hurt by the metal railing and my son did not make it to fall asleep. Eventually my wife has to sleep there. It end up with spin hurt. Not a nice experience after a long journey. Beside the sofa all other stuff was ok and quite nice

Good location, easy access from the highway. A perfect place to stay during a longer trip to Italy. The underground garage protected us from getting wet, because it was raining when we arrived. Effective air conditioning and good WiFi. Clean and quiet.

The hotel is big and you have to sign up for hours for breakfast. We chose the last available hour when most guests had already left and we were still waiting in long lines for pancakes and coffee.

Close to the motorway, easy access, free parking. Modern rooms but the “family room” - a double room with sofa bed was very crowded. It was fine for a night but would have been tricky if staying longer. Quick check in, quiet rooms, good breakfast.

It was clean. Although we arrived late at night we were able to order something to eat from the restaurant. The breakfast was varied and good. The location was convenient for us as we were on out way to Vienna. If we were visiting Munich it would not have worked. Parking was easy.

There were insufficient towels in our room but that was immediately resolved. Although we had to go to pick them up from reception ourselves.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They really tried to make our stay easy and comfortable. We were parked in a free underground parking, although there was a lot of space outside. For dinner we decided to take a pizza and drinks in a lobby, and it was ready for us in no time. Our youngest got some warm milk prepared especially for him, and we got a nice introduction into local choice of beers. There was also an option to take about 20 minutes stroll and find some restaurants, but we were too tired for that. Breakfast was also quite good, all you need, nothing missing. There was a pancake machine which I didn't try, but it was very popular among other guests. The room was nice and clean, with an airco, everything clean and working properly.

The room was a bit on a smallish side, so our kids were sharing a folding bed. But there was space for two of them.

Breakfast was good, fresh, and had decent choices. I appreciate the coffee/tea to go. Free parking space is also a plus, with the additional garage parking (I didn’t experience it though, since we got a spot outside). Room is a bit small for our family of four. But with the price we paid, I can’t really complain. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, a good transit place for us.

I've stayed only for one night in this pleasent hotel. The stuff was very friendly and not complicated. The lobby and the entrance are renovated and really stylish. Room was also fine and as described during the booking and the breakfast was great, with a lot of choice for adults and kids. No hiden extra charges were requred.

Rooms are not very well sound isolated, you can here noise from other people.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Proximity to town and to the motorways, makes this hotel ideal for short visits to Munich and the Souther Bavarian areas for those who have a car to move around. (Did not use public transport so can't comment on that). In addition to the proximity to Munich, there is a huge mall close by for those wishing to do a bit of shopping.

If I really must comment on something that could be improved, I would just mention the hotel public areas e.g. staircase, may need a little extra care in terms of cleanings.
