I can’t thank enough the lady who runs this place. Our airline abandoned whole plane of passengers around midnight to fend for themselves. 4 random travellers chose your place, you’ve given our room keys way past bedtime and there was very nice breakfast waiting for us next morning. You made all the difference in the situation we were in- thank you!

We selected this hotel as stop over on our way from south to north. We pick it due to its location close to Munchen ring. We got exactly what was promised on Booking page and although the hotel can be seen as being in deserted area and bit rough with automatic check-in, we knew what we ordered and we were fine with that. Breakfast had bit small selection but nothing you cannot survive for one day.

Not a very busy hotel. Easy self check-in. Convenient location for attending Bauma 2022, although the traffic was terrible. Good breakfast and loose leaf tea selection, good water pressure in the shower.

There was no kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee. Reception is only open till lunchtime. Wi-fi didn't work properly and we could not regulate heating in our room. It was like a sauna for two days, but was sorted afterwards.

When we went back we said that we had a dog & expected to get a room on the first floor without wall-to-wall carpets, but maybe they didn't see our message, because we didn't receive a confirmation about the dog even though we sent both an e-mail & text message about it to reception when booking.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, so we had a good night's rest. The keys were left for us in a safe, very easy to collect. The rooms are spacious and well fitted, the bathrooms are impeccable.

No air conditioning, and it just happened to be quite a hot day. But the fan provided was helpful.

The room was good with a modern vibe. I loved the self check-in which comes in handy if you arrive late at night. parking is available all around the hotel.

The walls are thin and you can hear your "neighbour" snoring. Also they have issues with the toilets which don't flush properly because of bad design - you have to flush 2 times.

Prompt communication from the staff regarding the check in process. We arrived in a low activity period, therefore we checked in on our own. Our requests were fulfilled. It was a stop over on the way home. Therefore quick access from and to the highway was important and reflected in the evaluation of the location. Staff was spot on to help us. Breakfast was available for a very reasonable extra fee. The family rooms were clean and big enough for 4 people.

A door on the common wall between the family rooms would prevent the noise of walking between the rooms. The family rooms can be book for max 2 adults. Therefore kids will be there. They are noisy on the corridor.

The staff were efficient… duly returned my call and gave me the information I needed. Our arrival also went smoothly… keyed in the code to the keybox, took the assigned room key, got in the hotel entrance and into the room. Was happy with what we saw in the room… simple, clean and complete with the basics. Breakfast the next morning, was satisfied with fresh brewed coffee, the breakfast item choices including the wide array of different teas. I was very pleased with the dining room and table set-up… very clean and neat, well lit, good choice of tables and chairs… the two big chandeliers in combination with the entrance doors and curtains among other things added to a feel-good ambience.

Check-in with email code, nobody present at the reception. Extremely easy, extremely efficient, extremely fast. Clean, nice room, not far from the ring. Perfect place to stay for a night.

The room is modern, they refill the amenity items everyday. Easy check in, I have not seen a single staff during my stay. They provide plenty parking space.

It is not close to the train station, but I don't care because I drive.
