Friendly staff and nice and stylish hall. Very good breakfast with warm dishes, fruits and vegetables, fresh and warm baking. The terrace is useful when you have a car and park it on the paid parking lot. This way, you have a nice shortcut to access the car right from the room.

There is very little free parking on the site. The rest is paid - 6.5 EUR per day. At the parking machine, the only option was to pay with cash. After we had put a 10 EUR note, the machine gave us pack only 1.5 EUR instead of 3.5 EUR. Other than access to the car, a terrace worth not very much - it's just a tiny place facing the parking lot and you are not properly separated from the neighbours.

Most of the experience was great.

Smoking area & tables not clean. Our room bathroom shower was most of the time flooding. We did not realize as we had towels most of the time. The sofa bed was not comfortable and my son slept between us anyway which would have been free according to the booking. We had oranges on the breakfast area but the squeezer was broken,so no fresh orange juice as of the 2 ND day. Other then that lift areas always smelt of drain sewage

The cleanliness, the amenities and the decor was very good. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but was happy for the tea/coffee in the room that was replenished each day. The location to public transport made travelling easy.

The wifi did not work well in the room which made communicating with family and friends difficult as well as trying to plan our trip the next day.

Room was nicely designed. Air conditioning was awesome

Mattress was little hard and breakfast buffet isn’t worth the hefty price. Outskirts of both Villingen or Schwenningen. Car parking is a pain as you have to pay every time you drive in and drive out.

Cleaned and nice facility, we stayed family of 5 in 2 rooms and it was excellent. The staff is very kindly especially Mario who help us with great restaurant recommendation Very recommend hotel

Nothing, all perfect

Everything went pretty smooth. The room was clean and sound proof. The breakfast was decent.

I woke up each morning because some dude started cutting grass at 6:30. I'd suggest to postpone this activity to a more convenient hour

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast is very good, although some buns were left from the evening or yesterday in our second morning.

The restaurant is closed at the weekend so no dinner possible, you should look for something outside but avoid the grill cafe across the road at any cost.

Room is clean and comfortable ! Continental diner is providing large variety of food.

At the restaurant, between the order and the arrival time of food, it was almost 1 hour. It was too long ! May be there is room for improvement !

They have us a sofa bed to accommodate our family of 3.

You need a car to drive to the restaurants for additional food choices. There is nothing close by in the Radius of 3-4 kms

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, we liked the design of the hotel.

The breakfast was good but it didn't have many varieties, also, it was the same every morning
