Clean large room with great shower and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was great with large variety of items - coffee machine especially good compared to other places. Staff very helpful and location to access roads in black forest was good.

Check in on the whole was made easy (online) but getting into the carpark was not clear and so had to contact staff via phone to get info on how to get into the car park - it was approx 11pm and noone at reception. They sent someone straight away who sorted us out (really good service) - you have to pay the car park fee in advance so you can then get your hotel key card activated with the info and THEN access the car park. This was not made clear in advance otherwise. But it didnt affect the rest of the stay as it was dealt with quickly. Also.. the toilet has a door to it but the sink and shower are in the room, next to the bed. This was fine for us as we were a couple but you may want to check if you are not comfortable with someone seeing you in the shower!

Our room was extremely quiet and comfortably big for the whole family to stay in. the garage under also had plenty of space even though it’s small, seems most wanted to park for free on the street instead of the 6e per day in garage. I’d go there again if nearby and needing an accommodation!

For the dinner, the music was super loud in the eating area. I assume it’s because it’s also a bar, but we are at 8pm so I’d assume the music would stay at a lower level a bit longer still (like until dinner time at 10am or at least until there are no more kids under 10 in the restaurant or so). the food was we enjoyed :)

Clean, modern hotel, good sized rooms (baby crib fit and there was still lots of space left). The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with lots of choices, and the overall location was good to explore the Black Forest region. The restaurant was great for dinners too, good food and friendly staff.

The design choice of the actual shower in the bedroom I will personally never understand. Our AC did not work the first night, unfortunately it took a little while to fix, but in the end a suitable solution was found.

The best stop over on the way to/from Switzerland. Comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant (better book in advance), excellent staff, quiet, free parking around the hotel.

Bad design of the bathroom. The water from the shower gets into the room and under the floor which swallows and causes the bathroom door to no longer close properly so more water gets under the floor and the damage spirals in time. Not so much a problem for guests yet but a big issue for the management/ owners.

Located centrally in the Schwarzwald area within a convenient drive time to famous and great attractions for kids i.e Badeparadies or Tree Parks. Breakfast was fantastic and the Staff are always willing to help and professional. Offers a quite atmosphere, relaxed and a great value for money Hotel.

We travel with girls ages 11-14 and didn’t like the fact that there is no privacy when taking a shower. There’s a semi transparent door so you need to hang towels to create privacy. Parking spots are limited so if the Hotel is full you’ll need to find something a bit further. That’s it. The rest is just great

Outstanding breakfast. Top-notch coffee machine. New and modern rooms, very suitable for tall people. We stayed for just one night to break up a long car journey and ended up there by chance. Our expectations were definitely exceeded: I would stay here again in a heartbeat, also for multiple days.

Nobody present at reception for check-in. Self-service check-in via a single web kiosk was a bit cumbersome and unpleasant, with a long queue of people trying to check in. The hotel provides a means of online check-in — I would suggest to use that if at all possible.

A classy hotel , par excellence toiletries , bedding but slightly away from all the buzz though . A good 7-8 minute walk to train station ,. Buses once in the hour … not ideally located . But possibly the best Restaurant in this small town as part of the hotel .

Only Location was something to think about next time … but great for a romantic couple

Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was on the first day very good. The rooms very quite big and very clean. The sleeping sofa is as big as a double bed. The parking was for free!

On the second day the breakfast buffet was almost empty and the staff had problems to refill everything. The coffee machines had some issues, too. I think they didn't have enough staff. The two women were giving their best. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Very nice hotel in a residential area. There is a bar/ restaurant inside. It is great since the hotel is not in the center of the town

Bar/ restaurant : We went 2 times. Each time, cocktails service quite long. Then cocktails served at the same time of the food.

New, modern, quiet business hotel near a city park at the spring of the river Neckar. Great breakfast gives you a good start for the day.

The hotel is located in a residential area. Parking can be a problem. Although you can park in the streets, better move your car when there is a vacant place. Restaurants can be found at 1-2 km to the North.
