Hotel was very pretty but could do with some modernisation. Room was huge with fridge and coffee making facilities, satellite TV was all in Germany. In the summer you would need a fan as the room was very warm. Location was good for our needs. Hotel was 10 mins from the town square, where there was a choice of a Greek, Italian restaurant and a German bistro. Good choice at breakfast. There was a vending machine near room 114 which had sweet snacks and soft drinks and beer in it. Parking on site

There was a resturant and bar in the hotel but these were not available for lunch or dinner which was disappointing. Not all the staff spoke English which was interesting when we couldn't use our room key! However our biggest concern was the fact there was not any staff on site from early afternoon, this did raise concerns with us when we were trying to locate someone due to a minor instant and no-one was in the hotel, there was a mobile number on the main door, to ring in an emergency however our issue was, what would happen in the case of a fire or other emergency. No Wellness facilities

The room was massive, clean, and beautifully presented. After a very long driver from Wales it felt a home from home. Truly beautiful.

The hotel was a very traditional german hotel. The breakfast was limited, eggs and with a cold shelf (meats, etc.) Some people may want a more hearty hot breakfast.

Apparently no staff on site overnight. Pity they have had to close restaurant but quite common these days sadly. However, only notified of this near date of our arrival.

We have stayed here before and again was not disappointed, the staff are very helpful and the hotel clean. Breakfast had a good selection for everyone’s taste. We will always return to this hotel.

it was central to the town and had easy access to the cycling routes.

Nothing really, except I hadn’t realIsed that the key to our rooms was in a key lock nearer the front door. Fortunately the receptionit was on hand to help us.

nice spacious room , very comfy bed , the hotel looks very romantic next to a garden-park.

The only point I didn’t like was the room looks to a wall , there is zero view to anything else ( Room No. 112 ) . Breakfast was mediocre for such nice hotel .

This was a great location and loved the beautiful building. The room and bed were very large and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice also with lots of choice !

The location of the hotel is ideal, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are spacious and the hotel is beautiful.

Nothing, except booking.com charging me additional fees incorrectly. Nothing to do with the hotel, they were amazing.

Building, grounds and staff excellent.

Regrettably, the restaurant and bar were not open. Fortunately, alternatives were readily in the centre of the town, a few hundred yard's away.

Wonderful hotel ,one of the best Great atmosphere ,very big room Wonderful breakfast. And the hotel so nice We will be happy to go back .
