The flat is at a wonderful location just 10 meters away from the sea! There is a bar just downstairs (don't worry it is not loud at all, you can enjoy the good background music). There is a shop across the street where you can buy stuff you need. The street in front of the building is a walking street full of restaurants taverns etc. The room is big enough and well equipped. We used kitchen amenities and prepared breakfast each day. The town is very small, there is not much to do. But it is just enough for a relaxing vacation! Harris is a great host, he helped us and let us in earlier, it was very well appreciated after a very early flight. I highly recommend Seaview Studios

The apartment was very beautiful, modern with sea view. The room was very clean, stylish. The location was the best, just a few steps from the beach. Agia Triada is vivid but during night quiet and you can enjoy the sound of waves during night with open terrace dors. 10/10

The accomodation was amazing, just like in the pictures. The host Harris was very helpful and provided all the information that we required from him. The place is located very close to the beach, has a close by supermarket and many restaurants with amazing food. There is a bus station near by that connects with other buses for the city center and the airport. Choose this place if you would like to disconnect from the normal world. It is worth your time and it is perfect for couples.

Everything was just perfect

The place is really great, amazing view of the beach and the bay of Thessaloniki. The host is extremely kind and responsive. A typical small village full of life, wonderful taverns and cafes located along its entire length. A convenient place for fishermen too.

I think it needed a bit more hygiene, like having a broom or brush available for cleaning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were eager to settle any issues. Upon our request they brought a kettle and a cooking pot and helped to print out our boarding passes. We had a balcony and a nice seaview. There are many eateries nearby and the beach was a few meters from the hotel.

Upon our arrival we had to ask the staff to change our towels since they had a strange smell and were dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the vacation, amazing professionalism and also incredibly understanding, kind human beings. When you're surrounded by staff like them, you immediately feel like home and enjoy your stay a lot more. I'd definitely visit again in the future, and would 100% recommend to my loved ones and friends.

The only negative thing i could possibly say is that the bathroom was smaller than average, I guess that wouldn't be that much of a problem for an average built person but for someone overweight like me it was.

We recently stayed at this accommodation with my husband and really enjoyed our time there. The accommodation was right at the beach with many nice restaurants to dine. A special thanks to Harris who made sure that everything was fine with the accommodation. We strongly recommend this place, and we would love to visit again.

Right on the sand of the amazing Mediterranean, on the promenade and by the pier. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and tavernas around, open even in November. The place was super comfortable, great bed, awesome bathroom, view to the sea. And the staff was flawlessly nice and friendly.

The room is small, and the kitchen is on top of the bed, so it gets a bit cramped. The bedside light is white, so i put a red fabric on top

The apartment was as in the pictures, well equipped and modern. Harris also helped us with the aurport transfer and car rental.

Great location. Right on the beach. walkable to lots of bars, cafes, restaurants. Plenty of parking around, at least off peak. Decent wifi - 20mbs approximately. Pet friendly. Super friendly English speaking host. very clean.
