the people at the reception and breakfast, always friendly & polite, helpful! good price, great location with easy access to the promenade and the sea front. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and taxis were always available too.

the hotel rooms are facing an old abandoned building, so you do not get a great view during your stay. Also, room/walls isolation is poor, you can easily hear sounds/talks from the guests next door.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location and facilities acceptable (breakfast) for 1 day tranzit.

Very nice big clean room. Big bathroom with shower cabin and bath extra. Very compfortable bed and good aur condition. Check in and check out very kind and Quick. Parking 100 m from the hotel.

The breakfast could be better. If food has been token the staff did not bring more. At 10:00 there was already neraly nothing anymore on the Buffet. The Oliver were very old and not tasteful for an olive country like Greece....

The room was nice and clean and looked exactly like in the pictures. Towels were changed daily. Good access from airport - the bus departing from the airport stops in front of the hotel and it costs 1.8 euros. A few meters away from the walking frontsea with a farmacy and grocery nearby. The center is aprox 20 min walk. Breakfast was good. Personnel is helpful.

The elevators are really small.

Close but not in the city center. Easy ro reach other areas, like airport and Kalamaria. Hotel had some parking positions which was good considering the parking problem of Thessaloniki. Spacious room with design. Welcome bottles of water were provided.Very nice bar close to the hotel, at the folklore museum garden

Maybe the elevator could be modernized to control both cabins with one button. Not very spacious cabins if you carry many luggage. A deserted building opposite the hotel in not the best view but on the other hand is quiet and of course it is not the hotel's fault

We were room-upgraded. We were also given room service/resteraunt discounts. The room is very big and beautiful. Location is great, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is easy to call a taxi from the hotel. The staff is nice.

The elevator is old, small and slow. The bathroom's facilities should be renovated. The breakfast is same every day.

The accommodation was good enough, the cleaning staff was amazing. It is a dog friendly hotel which was a huge plus for us. Air condition was working perfectly.

The wall in the bathroom was not fully finished (but it did not bother us) We went for a breakfast at 10:00 (it is served until 11:30) and mostly everything was empty, but when we asked if we could get bread, milk etc. they managed without any problem.

Very clean and modern considering the degraded surrounding area, breakfast was great.

Parking was a bit of an issue, with 20eur per day in plus, you could stay in another location. We had a team near us that kept talking till 2-3am in the morning, soundproofing or keep the business teams away from people that need to sleep at 2am is a good idea. I wouldnt bother getting a room with a view.
