The location close enough to city but away from crowds & noise. The resort high in standards, surrounded by georgious green environment, luxurious F&B areas, great facilities, pool & spa and a wonderfull serviced beach to enjoy great swims & sunbaths. Spacious crisp clear rooms with great balconies, equipped with top quality amenities, lovely bathrooms & modern features. Comphy beds with top notch linen, perfect pillows & bathrobes & slippers for your comfort. But the cream on top of all are its great staff & management who do their best to secure their guests enjoy their holidays. Our stay at the Ramada Plaza Thraki was an absolute delight. This establishment truly shines as a legitimate five-star gem when compared to other lodging options in the city. The warmth and hospitality of the staff left an enduring mark on us, while the exceptionally spacious and luxuriously comfortable rooms contributed to an unforgettable experience. The stunning sea view from our room's balcony was nothing short of breathtaking. Though we found the breakfast to be enjoyable, there is room for enhancement in that department. For travelers with access to a car, the hotel's location proves exceptionally convenient. All things considered, it's a superb choice for accommodations, and I wholeheartedly endorse it.

Breakfast needs improvement.

Breakfast is well, room size is well. Other hand my friend couldn't come to hotel due to visa issues but the hotel free of charge to our bookings however cancellation policy has expired. thank you so much for your assist about the big issue

we eat something on the table seaside that get something to eat from outside and we got fork on the table restaurant, staff urgently came by side and the staff said that you cannot eat something and get fork, actually we ordered coffee & tea, we could order but not eat something:), this is very ridiculous

Everything was in good quality. Staff was amazing all of them were smily and all are answered our needs in no time. Beach area and pool area is nice. Breakfast is good but can be better. Huge parking area. Rooms are big and nice view.

Very late check in time.. On our second day of stay they didnt refill our waters. They said it will be extra charge. What will happen if i check out and check in again. Dont you put water to rooms. ;) Anyway thay said it is hotel policy but our perfect receptionist handled the situation an send water to our rooms.

Breakfast was great. The range of food and beverages were vast. The SPA facilities were great. Really enjoyed even it requires additional payment. Which was great experience. The room size was big. The balcony option with sea view was good. The landscape design (pathways and parking lot) was good. Heating was working properly.

The hotel facilities are a bit old. The door opening technology is complicated, we had experience malfunction. Plus the bed size was not king or queen, it was two bed next to each other. Sleeping between them was not pleasant. The open pool is a bit small, but hotel has its own beach.

we staid in this hotel for just 1 night, and it was super comfortable. The room was actually apartment, it was spacious, clean and quiet. We needed a good night sleep to continue our trip, and we got that. The beds in the room are super comfortable. Also the breakfast was really good. I especially liked the option for greek cafe during the breakfast.

Except the pool and paying spa, no other facilities. The restaurant staff is not customer oriented and many have no experience, they are seasonal. Cleaning the room every day at 3pm is really disturbing if the guests want to have a nap

The hotel was great, quite relaxing and peaceful. Staff was very friendly. Hotel has everything you may need. Tasty and rich breakfast. It is near the sea and a little outside the city, the nature and the view is beautiful.

The furniture of the room was a little old but okay. Since the hotel is outside the city, you can not easily go anywhere by walking.

We liked everything from the location on the seaside to the infinity pool, spa, restaurant and bar. We had a free room upgrade with sea view which was excellent. The only minor thing that could be said (but it's absolutely being picky) is that there is not very much variety in the breakfast options, but there are enough options for a couple of days, at least.
