Great accommodation in an excellent location, just few steps away from Alexandroupoli's seafront with all cafés, restaurants, etc.. making it "the place to be" when the sun goes down. My room was perfectly clean with a nice interior design, providing an ideal mix of comfort and convenience. Big plus, the comfy bed mattress and the plenty of pillows as well as the spacious balcony! Last but not least, the hosts showed a guest-oriented philosophy, being super friendly and going above and beyond all expectations. In a nutshell, great value for money for a highly recommended place to stay.

Very modern and spacious rooms. It was cleaned well and had everything we needed for a short trip. Our room had a lovely sunset view and a huge balcony. Location was an additional bonus as it was a very quiet neighborhood but at a walking distance from the center.

The shower door was small and as a result the water splashed so you needed to be extremely cautious. The other thing that was kinda negative was that the blankets were way smaller than the bed itself.

The place as a whole. The room was tidy and cosy. Everything was new, including the batteries of the remote controls. The bathroom was nice and all the furniture was new. The staff of the hotel have been friendly and our stay was beyond expectations. I will definitely visit Alexandroupoli again and will book the Dias hotel for my stay.

The area is quite busy and sometimes it is challenging to find a parking space for your car. Anyway if you move around there are palaces.

Excellent breakfast with egg, cheese, olive, tomato, cucumber, cake, sweeties, confiture, honey, tea, coffee. Very clean room, toilet and quite clima equipment. Elevator for upper floors. Staff in reception, breakfast lounge, cleaning are very friendly and willingfull to help.

Not applicable. Everything was good. We will definitely choose once more Dias Hotel on our next visit. We already adviced it to some friends who have plans to visit Alexandroupoli

it was such a pleasant place. Room was well decorated, cozy, with everything u need for your stay. it was clean, well maintained room. Location is close to the beach, also close to the restaurant and bars area. Staff was polite, smily, helpful, very kind! They keep few parking spots infrint of the hotel. We recommend this place for sure

There is nothing we didn’t like

It is very close to the sea street where there are many tavernas. You can try greek cuisine and enjoy the view towards Samothraki and the sea. There is a sport facility nearby with a free parking in front so even if there are no free spots on the street you can still park in the area. Close to the city center. Very convenient to access by car. Nice big balcony, even though the view could be better, it is a nice spot to relax a bit with a drink in the morning or after a long day outside.

The shower cabin has no door and when you shower the whole bathroom gets wet. This might be something greek as I have seen it in other hotels in Greece as well. Not really related to the hotel itself: It says it is 400m from the beach which is true, however the beaches are not so nice in Alexandroupoli so we went by car to a beach in a nearby city.

Everything like mentioned on the website. The rooms are new with nice furniture and a balcony. Very good AC. The stuff was super friendly and helpful.

Opposite of the hotel is a construction site which is not the fault of the hotel but difficult to sleep in the morning if you want to sleep long.

Exceptional considering this is a small 2 star hotel in Greece. First of all very clean. Everything is proper, furniture is not worn out, all fitting in place as part of the fine decoration. The decoration theme is very white with pale blue, accessories and material selection is deliberate - well thought, tasteful and with fair quality. I found this relaxing, and the bed was also very comfortable. Location is very central - not the front line, but very close. 3 streets from the seafront. Staff was very friendly and helpful, no negative experiences. Overall, great value for money without sacrificing from taste or cleanliness.

What you might miss in this hotel would be: Don’t expect great views from the rooms, other buildings surround the hotel. Rooms are small, but cosy. (You won’t find large spaces). I would have appreciated if the breakfast area was “open air” though it was spacy and not crowded.

It was more than I saw in the pictures! The rooms have a fresh air and make you feel like home. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, everything is clean and tidy, all in one, just perfect. Although we got there pretty late at night, we were welcomed with smiles and readiness to help us with luggages. Also the owners kept for us a parking spot right in front of the hotel which was a great plus because we had the car full of luggages.

Friendly staff. Good location. Average breakfast, but let's not forget that this is a 2-star hotel. It looks and feels like a 3-star hotel—especially the fully renovated rooms. I could possibly visit again.

In my opinion, it was slightly overpriced during the period we booked. (Comparing to competition).
