We've had a great time at Nefeli Hotel. It was a last minute booking for us, but we were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff, the location and the facilities. All members of staff were amazing, making sure you have pleasant stay and you feel comfortable at all times. The breakfast was good, they had variety of food options to order for dinner and everything we had was delicious. The portions were quite big, so if you are with kids just take this into account. The pool was nice enough and not overcrowded. For the beach lovers there is a beach down the road and a beach bar in 2 mins drive. Everything was amazing, thank you Nefeli

Nothing, all good

100% recommended if travelling with pets. We visited only for a night and had a dog with us, everyone was super nice, they prepared food for the dog and were very helpful. We also had to leave very early, and the stuff prepared take away breakfast for us at 6am, because we have paid for breakfast. Super super nice people.

Room exceeded the expectations. We got an upgrade: bottle of wine, fruit, coffee with sweet, bathroom accessories. Excellent. Nice big room. Staff very friendly, very good English.

A superb hotel, professional and helpful staff and very comfortable outside spaces to sit and enjoy the sea view. Everything worked, and worked well for the 1 night stay. Breakfast was equally impressive with a variety of hot and cold foods.

Easy and relaxing after long drive across Greece

The hotel is a little dated example bathroom with bath adapted for shower. Furniture in bedroom was old fashioned and well worn needs a modernization

it isn’t in the city, we thought it was in Alexandroupolis. it isn’t far away but you need your car

The breakfast was great, there were lots of choices and the coffee was tasteful. The restaurant was spacious. The personnel was very friendly and supportive.

it is our second staying in this hotel nothing changed in the past three years everything is perfect .Breakfast is pretty good. hotel parking area and garden are both large. stuffs are very helpfull and kindly. you can use wi-fi easily in the hotel room even in the pool.

Big rooms, big pool, very nice, helpful and friendly hotel staff. We had an apartment and we had several balconies :). Dinner and lunch were not very fast but not very long either, and our daughter loved their pasta - we will have to stop over for them every time we'll pass through Alexandroupoli again :) Asking the frontdesk for extra bedsheet to prepare the second sofa for 1 kid per sofa took only a few minutes to get the necessaries, so well done for customer satisfaction index !!!

The mattress was a bit too soft for my taste, but finally i slept quite well in it.
