The property was centrally located and near everything you need. Even though the area is busy, you can’t hear any outside noise. It was clean and the staff were simply amazing. Very helpful and went out of their way to assist and answer any question. There are shower facilities to use even after you have checked out. We left our luggage to be stored after checking out for most of the day before our late evening flight. Spent the day sightseeing and used the shower facilities in the basement to freshen up before our flight home. Second time I’ve stayed at hotel and will definitely be back again.

Excellent location - it is to celebrate my birthday so I paid the top price for the de luxe room. The view is excellent and the room is great. However it seems that only the de luxe room has the view of Acropolis. I’ve got a bottle of wine and a small cake for my birthday which is a good touch.

The breakfast was underwhelming - average pastry, hardly any fruits, not very good quality ham, no butter and honey. The best thing is the fresh orange juice that you have to squeeze yourself. Staff are helpful but not necessarily friendly looking all the time.

The location of this place is in the heart of Athens. Plenty of places to eat right out the front door. You can walk wherever you want to go. The fresh breakfast buffet every morning(the staff will even pack you a bag of goodies if you check out before breakfast starts). Every day there was a new treat inside the room, very thoughtful. Lastly, they separated the bathroom from the shower, which is very nice when multiple people are in the room.

I would suggest an Uber or taxi to access the property. Parking was non existent. I personally am a deeper sleeper but with all the place to eat and drink right outside the hotel, noise could be an issue while sleeping(they do provide ear plugs).

Decor of main areas was lovely. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The door to the toilet and shower was only three-quarter length and made of frosted glass. Possibly ok for a couple but not great for friends sharing a room.

The receptionist was top notch from the first day till end, he was a comfort to have. Breakfast was really good, there could be fruits (it was really hot) weather). Water was complimentary... The rooms were great, we stayed at a family room, had a nice balcony. Additional option to have a bathroom even after you have checked out was marvellous. I'd recommend this place to all... no regrets, worth every penny.

We stayed in family room the only thing I can say is another chair would be nice to have given that we were four and needed to put our clothes- 1 was not enough.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Monstraki station. On the street where taverns and restaurants are located. Walking distance to tourist attractions. Although some comments mentioned that street noises were disturbing, it did not bother us at all. The breakfast was diverse, delicious and sufficient. Their Bougatsa was amazing. They even prepared a breakfast bag for us since we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time on our last day. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Michael. (Michael, if you are reading this comment, you should watch the Kızılcık Şerbeti (Cranberry Sherbet )TV series after the Muhteşem Yüzyıl TV series. :)) Our room was big and spacious. They cleaned it every day and even left little surprises. Everything was great. Thanks for everything. You can be sure that I will choose you again when I come to Athens. Thanks for everything.

We stayed as a family in the Urban Suite, very spacious and comfortable. They even organised a baby bath for our baby. Team is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and offers a good variety. Nice to offer amenities, luggage Locker and even shower for the day you leave. Overall we had a great stay

It is noisy outside from bars and restaurants, especially on a Saturday night so you need to be aware of it. It was okay for us with ear plugs but it can be complicated for light sleepers.

Room with terrace has been great,exactly as seen on the photos and wonderful view to the acropolis. I really liked the style of the hotel. Breakfast was tasteful and staff has been kind and very accomodating, they also surprised me with a parting gift on my last night which was a really nice gesture. The hotel offers fresh fruit and yoghurt with nuts, you can help yourself to those in the main area. Location of the hotel is excellent,close to all the sights and cafes,restaurants. Room came with great amenities, which were replenished ever day. Wifi worked perfectly ( I had to work some so I did appreciate the good connection)

Air conditioner poured cold air directly to the bed, so i did not use that when i was in bed. That means that the room became quite hot during the night. It you are a light sleeper,this hotel is probably not for you. The noise is overwhelming and there is a party going on every single night nearby until about2-3 am .The hotel gives you these light earplugs, which is really a nice gesture but you will need the hardcore silicone ones to block out this kind of loud music. I was aware of this when I booked the hotel, based on earlier reviews and I usually have my earplugs with me all the time,but even with the silicone,you can not completely tune out the music outside.

This property was so well located. We walked to everything. The hospitality was tremendous. Lots of little touches everywhere. Kostas was so wonderful to us, always doing little extra things and helping us with our travels. Fresh espresso whenever. Breakfast was amazing. We had a hot tub on our patio. Some rooms have a view of the Acropolis. There’s a tavern across the street making it so easy to end the day with a bottle of Greek wine and olives. We wished we could take the hotel to our next stop - Santorini.

Everything. Wonderful staff, thank you Eva, Michael and everyone. Fantastic breakfast. Warm and inviting ambience. Lovely reception/lounge area where you can hang out and have a cup of tea/coffee Great location. Such a very comfortable bed. We traveled with a small dog and she was made so welcome and fussed over. Will be our go to hotel in future in Athens!!!

Not an issue for us, but a few stairs to go up to get the elevator. No closet in our room but lots of hangers and a few hooks.
