Nice place in rhe middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars all around. Very lively neighborhood. Can be noisy at night with the windows open, but being winter, this was not an issue. Great views of the Acropolis and surroundings from the large terrace. Apartment was sparkling clean and well maintained. Will definitely consider staying here again during future visits to Athens. Great communication with the owner, who was very nice and helpful.

While the neighborhood is really nice and we felt safe at any hour (including as late as 3am -bars run late here), there are some rundown houses that are a bit disconcerting. Lots of restaurants and bars are not on Google Maps and the reviews can be off at times. As a rule, eat where the locals eat, and you can't go wrong.

Perfect location in the heart of Monastiraki, surrounded by lively clubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. We stayed on the 3rd floor, in a big, comfortable and very clean apartment which was fully equipped. The manager, Lior was always available via WhatsApp and he made sure our needs were instantly met. Monastiraki metro station is just 5 minutes walk away from the building so, one subway from the airport and boom; you are there. I will happily stay in this apartment on our next visit to Athens.

My only advice to fellow travelers would be to bring some trash bags for the bathroom. You can’t flush toilet paper in most areas of Greece and room cleaning is once in every 3 days.

Amazing location in Athens! The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchens had everything you might need for a short stay. Beds were comfy. The apartment had a very good hair dryer and iron with a small ironing board. The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view of the acropolis especially at night. Even after you check out there are large lockers in the basement level with a toilet, shower and a common room you can use to get changed etc. This was very handy. Although there is no reception once you book you get a WhatsApp number you can contact and they are very responsive and helpful.

- The system for hot water gave us a bit of trouble on the first day, you have a button you need to press 15 mins before showering but we found you have to press it more often (not a major issue once we figured it out). - The shower itself is quite small. - Since it's on a busy street with pubs and bars it did get very loud on Saturday night - however ear plugs are provided.

The cleaning staff was extremely friendly and nice. The room was amazing and the air conditioner saved our lives. The warning about how loud it could get in the apartment was very considerate and we were even offered an option to switch rooms, but eventually we stayed in this one - they kindly provided some earplugs as well. I don't recommend this room in the ground floor if you have a problem with loud noise (as the owner does too) but the rest was simply amazing - 20 mins to Acropolis, close by some very nice bars and restaurants and near Monastiraki and Syntagma Square for some shopping. It's also a really safe place, we never felt uncomfortable no matter which time of night/day we came back. Awesome stay!

The room was very good, clean and had everything we needed ( kitchen's utensils, shower products, towers, etc). Clean towels and clean room. The views from the top were spectacular! And the apartment is very well located, you can access the main touristic points in athens by foot.

Because of its proximity to various bars and restaurants, the music at night was kind of annoying. The apartment had ear plugs and they helped with the noise, but sometimes the music at the bar next door was too high. I must say that the hotel warned us about it but we thought that it was going to be less noisy. If you're ok with the music until 4 am, the room it's perfect for you.

We absolutely loved this penthouse apartment. The location was fantastic with paid parking nearby. The views over this part of the city were pleasing with the pièce de résistance being the stunning view of the Acropolis and Parthenon, day and night. The shared rooftop terrace was a good added bonus even though we had both South and North facing balconies from the apartment. A vast array of delicious eateries within a short walking distance was a true benefit. We would definitely suggest this place in a heartbeat.

I really, really liked the room, it was spacious and bright and I was lucky to have a balcony to the street. The little kitchenette was perfect with a fridge and microwave, the bathroom very bright and clean and the bed comfortable. I would definitely book this again. The neighbourhood was vibrant with life, restaurants everywhere and street life. Still I wasn't disturbed by noise and slept like a baby. I loved the roof terrace and sat there for a while on a lounge bench with a great view to Acropolis and the sun on my face. I got very good instructions to enter the property and had no problems at all. The toiletries were nice and plentyful and there was no shortage of coffee for the coffee maker.

I can't really think of any improvements to suggest.

It was our 5th time staying at Central Stay as its perfect and we pick it to enjoy the city center of Athens but at the same time you can visit almost every place in Athens as the metro and train are located literally 2 minutes from the hotel. It is located in the vivid Psiri neighborhood, which is the best location. Walking distance to all places, restaurants and bars open 24/7. The hotel itself is excellent. New, very comfortable and clean. Nespresso machine in the room, fully staffed kitchen. Self check in and out. It was such a pleasure to watch the spectacular view from the rooftop as our room got upgraded and we really apricated it and enjoyed it a lot. I must say its value for money too as the prices are fair. Will be back :)

There is no breakfast offered as we only stayed two nights. The location is highly recommended. We thought it might be noisy as we were surrounded by restaurants, but it was quiet inside the apartment after windows and doors were closed. We think the sound proof was quite good. We really liked the view of Acopolis at night from our balcony.

Nothing, just a bit slow at receiving the self-check-in information email, but it might have gone to the spam. Noticed the host might be at different time zone replying our messeges; but the host is very polite and good at answering our questions. The taxi from airport is sort of expepensive and fixed price between 42-50 euros. There are no Lyft yet, Uber is only the Athens. I agree that want to support the local taxi, but be prepared for the price.

Very lively and fun location. Lots of restaurants and good dancing bars close by. Pleasant and comfortable apartment. We walked to historical places and museums. We stayed there in October and enjoyed having breakfast and drinks on the terrace. It was very pleasant even though there was no umbrella or awning. The apartment was cleaned up and trash taken out every other day which was great.

an extension cord in the kitchen would have made the use of appliances more convenient by allowing us to use the toaster and the kettle at the same time. Providing thiner pillows (one think and one thin instead of two thick pillows) would have been much appreciated.
