Beautiful spacious modern apartments right in the heart of Athens and walking distance to many great restaurants, subway, and attractions. We were a family of 5 and the apartment was very spacious for all of us. Great bathrooms and shower too. The breakfast is lovely and the orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. The little plunge pool was a great addition for the kids to relax for a little after a hot day exploring. There are amazing restaurants less than a 2 minute walk from the apartments. The manager Dimitris is super friendly and helpful with anything you need, including getting taxis, directions, and recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Athens and if we return, we would love to stay here again.

Located right in the heart of downtown, this place is a true hidden gem. Everything you could possibly want is just a stone's throw away—whether it's sightseeing, shopping, or restaurants. Our room was spacious and perfect for our family of four: Comfy beds, a place to eat, and even a place for our youngest to draw and play. It was super clean, the staff was super responsive, and the breakfast delivery was delicious and always on time. If you spot this place available when you come to Athens, book it!

Most apartments require many stairs (and no elevator) to get to; we were OK with it, but it is worth highlighting on the booking page.

Beautiful apartment, very authentic! Dimitri the owner was so friendly, made sure everything was 200% perfect! I would recommend this apartment and would return again ! Located right in the center of a little town with restaurants right out your door! Entertainments for blocks to walk and choose ! Local Breakfast of your choice delivered by Dimitri’s staff to your door each morning! My husband and I were totally satisfied!!!!

You must be able to climb circular stairs located in some of apartments. Two entrances, one from each level! Wasn’t bad at all!

Everything! Especially the space itself. The apartment we were in had everything we needed, plenty of facilities and room to spread out. The staff Dimitris and Joseph were incredibly helpful and friendly, I felt no hesitation asking them for assistance as they were so knowledgeable. They made an otherwise great stay amazing 😊 The breakfast was so great, partnered with a nearby business to deliver us fresh breakfast each morning. Will most certainly come back if we are in Athens again.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Dimitri and the location are the best. Dimitri’s attention to details and service are par to none. To be honest I have never been in a place where they are so helpful and attentive. Since the moment you arrive he is explaining and on top of things. He made great recommendations to eat and where we should go and not go. The amenities are from a 5 star hotel. Every little detail has been thought off.

The bathroom is on the smaller side.

Location was fantastic with lots of great restaurants within very short walk and also close enough to walk to Acropolis. Joseph is a great host and is always available to help.

We were in a room with living area, toilet and kitchen upstairs and both bedrooms downstairs. The stairs are original from when property was built so if you have mobility issues it may be challenging but you should call ahead and check and Joseph will do his best to help.

The apartment is very modern, clean, spacious and charming. Lots of room for a family of 3. The kitchen facilities were great, including coffee machine. The bathroom was also spacious, and the apartment included 2 toilets and shower amenities. Breakfast was also good with lots of options.

The location is central and handy to restaurants. It was also very noisy because of this. We were there on a Friday night, so the nightclub across the road was particularly loud. It's worth keeping in mind for weekend nights.

We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers and stayed in one of the traditional front rooms, the brick ones at the front in the picture. We loved how quaint it was, with a narrow spiral staircase. it was reasonably comfortable (one bed not as comfy as the others) but location was great with local eateries and close to the Acropolis and shops, both small ones closer and the larger shopping centre not more than 10 minutes or so away.And fantastic breakfast every morning. Communication was excellent.

While there were some close areas with some run down buildings and graffiti, they are right next to some lovely cafes and bars, and shows the contrast of the area. Never felt unsafe walking around.

The location was wonderful. Close enough to the main squares and attractions of Athens yet far enough to be removed the rush of the tourists. Picturesque streets, with many restaurant and bar choices nearby. Property felt safe, clean, and had charm. Dimitris was a wonderful host and made our first stop in Greece well worth it. He was respectful, provided great recommendations for food and must sees as well as organized travel for us from the airport.

The location was perfect. Close to Monastiraki and many local bars and restaurants. An easy walk to Acropolis and other sites. It’s a safe area for families. The staff were amazing and the pool was a piece of paradise during the recent heat wave. The breakfast was nice. Delivered to your room at your requested time and order. It is a big breakfast. For us anyway.

The lighting within the room could be better.
