I was traveling with my partner and my family and as such had two rooms. When I realized that one of the rooms didn't have a window facing out (it was facing a wall), being someone with claustrophobia I went to the front desk and asked if they had any other rooms available. They scrambled to find me a city-facing room with a very large window to boot and I don't take that for granted. Bathroom was sparkling and the bed was the most comfortable one I experienced in all of my two week stay in Greece. I was only there a short time but it was walking distance to everything one must see in Athens. Oh, and did I forget to mention the view from the 7th floor?! Breakfast and late night drinks were sublime.

The location is why you stay here. It's in a wonderful location for sight seeing and just getting around on foot. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was quite lovely with an exceptional view.

The room's flooring was really strange - it wasn't laid out properly so there were gaps in the floor panels. It felt like staying in a flipped house/BnB where the owners didn't hire professionals to do the floor install. Not really a big deal, but did catch me off guard. We also requested an early check-in but the hotel was unable to accommodate it, leaving us to have to wait for normal check-in times.

The rooftop restaurant has the most wonderful view of the Acropolis and is the ideal location for starting the day. Breakfast is a continental selection of cold meats, cheeses, cereals and pastries. There is also the option for traditional omelettes plus fabulous freshly squeezed orange juice. One evening we decided to eat in the restaurant, the food was really very good and I would recommend it. Plus the Acropolis lit up at night is beautiful. The rooms are as I would expect for a boutique hotel. We travelled as a family of three and had interconnecting rooms each with their own shower rooms. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and I particularly liked the combination of soft clean sheets and a cotton throw rather than a duvet. The aircon is great and very welcomed after a day walking around Athens.

Location to scenic places and quality restaurants, safe, customer service, terrace where breakfast is served, bedroom. and bathroom, breakfast.

I'm fussy with pillows - can only sleep with soft thin pillows and they didn't have any such option - what's in the room is what you get. The night after our first night stay we discovered that the window was left open by the cleaners. Whilst we wondered where the noise was coming from that night we checked the windows only to find the next morning the window opens from the top and not sideways. Having learnt from this experience the next night onwards we were fine.

Everything about this hotel is lovely. The rooms are fantastic, excellent bathroom, small fridge in the room and a safety locker. The beds were amazing! Our room was at the backside but the view was lovely. Breakfast (with view on the Akropolis!) is indeed as good as everbody says. Staff is very friendly and relaxed. And the location of the hotel is superb. There's even a small patio with lovely flowers and plants but we didn't really use it. There's really nothing to complain about this hotel. Great value for great money!

The room was very comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. Everything seemed really new and in great condition. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of options and with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. Very close to all the central sites like the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum, and very close to the metro station.

Located on a busy main road. The room window was tiny and tucked away in the corner (we knew this from the pictures though) and looked out over other bits of building. We asked when the rooftop bar closed and were told it was 1am, but maybe 2-3am depending on if customers were in, but when we arrived at around 12:30am it was already long shut - the new guy on reception said it closed at 11pm actually.

The location is amazing, very close to the Acropolis. The rooftop view is outstanding and, in the evening, they open the windows and roof so it's open air! It's worth eating dinner for that experience! The breakfast was fantastic in the same space with a view of the Acropolis, except they seem to leave it closed in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and lovely.

There was a Sex Shop next door with a prominent sign that took away from entering the gorgeous glass sliding door and prompted questions from the kids.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant was spectacular! The hotel is on a Main Street a block from the Plaka restaurants, the entrance to the Acropolis metro station and the entrance to the Acropolis museum. The staff were very helpful and even organised a taxi to take us to the train station for our trip to Meteora. Breakfast was extensive and catered for all tastes. Great place to stay close to the Acropolis.

Comfortable, spacious and quiet room in a very central location, close to Plaka, Acropolis& tourist areas. Fabulous rooftop bar& restaurant with amazing views of the Acropolis. Breakfast was incredible, the best I had in Athens- fresh OJ, fruit, cereals, various types of bread, eggs, etc. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and obliging. Initially we were given a room facing the street which I wasn't happy about as I'm a very light sleeper and sensitive to noise but they allocated us a much quieter room facing the back of the hotel with no fuss whatsoever. Great customer service!

Nothing

The hotel is very close to the acropolis, restaurants and shops. The bed was great, the view from the restaurant was amazing, all of the facilities were perfect. I would recommend the restaurant upstairs for dinner also, the view at night of the acropolis all lit up is perfect and so is the service and the food.

Our only issue was that the floor boards were noisy. Whenever someone walked in the corridor outside it sounded like they were in the room, a little eerie!
