Definitely my favorite hotel experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. It felt more like staying at a favorite relative's house. The breakfast had a nice selection of tasty items that changed slightly every morning. It was very close to the Acropolis, Museum, shops, and restaurants. The mattress was super comfortable, too. Beautiful and relaxing view at night after touring the city. I really adored the staff and this hotel and can't thank them enough for their splendid hospitality.

The view from the top floor lounge was stunning! Loved sitting up there in the evenings relaxing and listening to theatre presentations from afar. The beds were comfy and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We so enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a view of the Acropolis! The location is the best - easy access to everything and the Hop off/Hop on bus has a stop right around the corner. Athens was such a surprise gift of history and art and ancient sights everywhere!

Very well located to the Odeon Herodes, Acropolis and Museum, close to Plaka and subway Acropolis .... in a safe and quiet area! Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast !! with local & fresh products (bruschetta, salads, fresh fruit juice, delicious pastries etc etc). Pleasant bar with a large choice of drinks, wines, liquors, ....

The hotel and rooms may need renovation .... seems a bit old and outdated .... but largely compensated by the plusses of the hotel (location, quality, staff ...)

First the front desk was really kind and helpful. They helped with every detail of our trip. They upgraded our room to a nice room with balcony. The hotel is very quiet and safe also very close the Acropolis like 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was a cherry on top. They are serving it on the terrace with the view of Acropolis. If the weather is bad they have a closed area on the terrace with the view of Acropolis of course. The terrace is one of the best in the town i think. The breakfast is really good with everything you need even they serve fresh orange juice, desserts, olive and Greek salad. Our room was really clean, quiet and has everything you need for.

The only thing is our bathroom has no ventilation, we couldnt open the window. Also they can put some hangers in the bathroom for the towels and clothes, liquid soap and slippers.

Loved everything about this hotel. Very close to the Acropolis. The advertising photos are not doctored, you really do get that view from the Roof Garden and some of the rooms. It's clean, comfortable with lovely staff. An added bonus, when we were there, on both nights there was a concert in the Acropolis that we could hear from the roof garden. Although your in the centre of a busy city and at a major tourist destination, the roof garden is silent. Breakfast was great, with a variety of foods to suit everyone, best breakfast I've had in a hotel 😋.

There is a problem with the pigeons. They don't come near while your there but if you leave your food for a second, they will steal it. Or if you don't like birds, there is a glass awning, protecting you from birds without obstructing the view.

Great location, lovely staff, well-stocked bar and comfortable room. The roof terrace is beautiful, with amazing views of the Acropolis and the Parthenon. Breakfast was very good each morning, with Greek specialities as well as international food. Although the location is right next to the coach/car park for the Acropolis, it really is a quiet hotel. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Honestly, there isn't much to criticise! The rooms are small, but adequate for a short stay. Only breakfast is served on the terrace, but the team gave great suggestions of restaurants to try within 10 minutes walk.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking. I couldn't ask for a better location. We were able to walk everywhere and had so much fun. The conceirge desk was very helpful and friendly. All of the staff was able to guide us and make suggestions for a perfect stay.

I wish that the view from my balcony was in front instead of on the side but it was still beautiful. Next time I will know to ask for a room in front of the Parthenon.

The view does not disappoint! The hotel top floor has an incredible view of the Acropolis and Parthenon. Be sure to check it out at night when all the lights are shining. Breakfast was better than most and included a wide variety of pastries, yogurts, and eggs/bacon/sausage. There was a fancy coffee machine to make your favorite coffee and a selection of teas, juices, and waters. The staff were extremely helpful, providing a map of the walkable sites (of which there are many) and arranged taxi service from the cruise port and to the airport.

The only recommendation is to put a top sheet on the beds. Our bed only had the down comforter on top and we got so hot (even with the AC blasting) during the night. A top sheet would have allowed us to uncover some but still have coverage.

Such a friendly relaxing oasis in Athens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable, my room had very good blinds and very quiet. And then there is the rooftop with view of the Acropolis. Everyone eats breakfast here, and some of us have evening drinks too. Friends of mine staying nearby came over for drinks before dinner, we were th we only ones up there on a beautiful summer evening. Easy to walk to the Agora or Acroplis, very close to Socrates cave. I also had a car and was able to get a park in the little street Wemster easily each day despite being very central.

Genuinely warm welcome and service from all the staff I came across, and the location was unbeatable for me as I was attending a gig at the Herodia which was a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is on a quiet side street away from the much more touristy area of Plaka, but only a few minutes' walk to great restaurants - and of course the Acropolis. Lovely breakfast too, although the coffee from the machine wasn't ...

Having booked a single room I expected the room to be small, and a single bed. The bed was a double (bonus!), but the room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom teeny tiny, with a shower that a large person probably couldn't have negotiated at all. I was glad to find a safe in the room but it was too small to fit my 10" laptop (which fits in most).
