great location. funky area of Athens with lots of great restaurants and bars close by. the rooftop of hotel looks out to the acropolis - it has a great view. you can see the sunset from the rooftop as well. they serve breakfast on the rooftop terrace. the hotel room was big and comfortable and well designed. the staff were very friendly. breakfast was delicious. the pool was great after a hot day. definitely recommend this boutique hotel

The location is near restaurants for dinner and a great cafe around the corner (Minu). Also a short walk to the Ancient Agora and near a path to walk to the Acropolis. There was a view of the Acropolis with the rooftop breakfast. About a 5-10 minute walk up to the shopping district, Monastiraki and Plaka areas. The staff were super helpful with anything we needed and room 14 was quite comfy; enjoyed the rain shower and mural on the wall. Loved the renovated industrial feel to the whole place with pockets of green garden everywhere.

The nearby square near the metro station was a little dodgy, mainly during the day, but there were alternate routes through the backstreets so we could easily avoid it.

The Hotel is was formerly a factory that has been very beautifully converted into a boutique hotel. It sits on the edge within easy walking distance from Thissio Metro station, and the cool Monastiraki district. The rooms are modern, with raw stone walls, a walking shower and all mod cons. The advertised pool is a small plunge pool in the Reception space (they will close blinds for your privacy). The staff are excellent, and very knowledgeable. There is no restaurant. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace (the food was very good) with a stunning view of the Parthenon, which is even better at night - in the evenings wine can be bought from a wine chiller on Reception and taken to the terrace.

There are some details which might be useful to know: the rooms have coffee pod machines but one coffee per day is not enough (for me!) so maybe bring some spare pods. The stairs are made of metal grills, so beware if you're wearing a skirt! The hotel could also make some cheap and easy changes to make the stay even better: there are no hooks for hanging wet towels, and no full length mirror. But these are mere details - the place is fabulous!

Margarita at the front desk was very helpful even before we arrived making arrangements for a personal package of ours to be accepted and paid for before our arrival. When we arrived she was there with a warm greeting and she helped with an upgrade for our room along with giving dining recommendations along with a general overview of Athens. The 2 other front desk staff people we met during our 3 day stay were equally warm and attentive. We stayed in both rooms 17 and 19. Each one was well appointed with the most wonderful beds and crisp white luxury sheets. The bathrooms and showers were wonderful and spacious as well. The breakfast which you order the night before from their menu can be delivered to the outdoor rooftop that overlooks the Acropolis and Parthenon. The breakfasts we enjoyed were the best we had over our 5 week travels throughout Greece. The view is stunning and the rooftop can be enjoyed at any time of the day. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The location with its roof top was fantastic, views all across Athens towards the Acropolis, everything in Athens was walking distance. There was a nice little pool which was very welcome after a day walking around Athens, and the thoughtful receptionist immediately drew all the blinds around it to ensure privacy, and got me a towel. Nice room, comfy bed, great shower. The staff were wonderful, friendly, cheerful and very helpful - they couldn't do enough for us, so kind.

We struggled a bit with the breakfast. Apart from the little bowl of fruit and yogurt, we found the other offerings less palatable - everything seemed to come with unusual things! Accepting that this is a very personal thing and others might have find it delicious, it would have been better just to have eggs on toast options. Some butter would have been great too!

We (two friends) stayed for 4 nights in the height of summer. The hotel and facilities are lovely, the staff were really friendly and very helpful (this wasn’t the case everywhere else in Athens). The rooms, bathrooms and the common areas were very clean (and modern) and the pool was refreshing (was also nice to be indoors out of the sun). There is “chillax” music playing softly all the time which gives a great vibe. The view from the rooftop for breakfast was glorious and the breakfast options are authentic Greek, substantial and delicious. Location was quiet and only 5-20 minutes walk from everything! This was our favourite hotel on our trip.

I guess juice not being included in the breakfast was a shame. And all the milk is uht (in lots of places) so found a cafe nearby who used fresh milk.

Beautiful hotel, with amazing view of the Acropolis. A lovely rooftop terrace with breakfast served on the terrace, in your room, or in the lovely sitting area next to the pool. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. It is close to the main tourist spots in the city and transport.

Whilst this area is much better than a few blocks north in terms of safety, I did not feel comfortable walking around at night. The entrance was a barred door, and waiting right next to it were homeless people, and a bit further down the street, there were people doing and selling drugs on the street. During the day, it is much less shady, and walking in the area felt safe. Once inside the hotel, everything is lovely, safe and comfortable and a great place to explore from during the day.

What a lovely hotel!! The rooftop terrace is just stunning. We really enjoyed our stay. I will say that depending on the location of your room, you don’t have a lot of privacy and the rooms are not very soundproof. However, we would come back here, it’s a hidden oasis in the middle of Athens. The location is super convenient yet private.

Rooms are not very soundproof and our loft did not offer a lot of privacy, we had to keep the blinds closed bc of people accessing the roof top terrace, the pool we never got to enjoy as it is a more decorative feature in the lobby than functional.

Great location , close to the touristic sites. Rooftop has an excellent view of the Acropolis. Staff is very polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast . Good price and they even gave us a room upgrade. Five stars for the staff!

It was a bit hard to arrange timing of room service without the door sign. They never refreshed toiletries. Only one bathroom mirror, not enough towel hooks and my daughter couldn’t open the bathroom door. Front of the building needs to be cleaned up. Perhaps needs a female touch!
