Staff members are amazing, perfect location, delicious breakfast.
The facilities and room don't fully look like the pictures. We paid for this hotel considerably more than we paid in other hotels in other European countries such as France, Spain and Italy, but the room in itself was pretty similar to the other accommodation we've stayed at more cheaper price. Price should be more reasonable and according to the room you're getting. Other than that, staff was amazing, perfect location and overall everything was great.

The breakfast selection was fabulous. And could be delivered on request. Very friendly staff.
Paying extra for the balcony was not a good choice. Yes you can see the Acropolis, but the close trashy deteriorating buildings right next to us spoiled the view.

Hotel was not easy to find on Day 1 but after the first day we realised how central it was to Acropolis and other attractions. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options to choose from and staff was very accommodating. Our hotel room was spotless clean, mattress was very comfortable and even though our room was facing a narrow street, the windows were soundproof and we had very good sleep for 4 nights. If we are to go to Athens again, we would return to this hotel. Separate thank you to staff for recommending Tavern Klimataria - a nearby restaurant for dinner (very busy and better to pre book) - we loved the live music and homemade Greek dishes.

A very sweet little side street boutique hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and kept well replenished, plus it was on until 11.30 am which was great if you'd had a long flight/night the day before a needed a lie in!! We had a petite suite with an Acropolis view. It was a good sized room with such a comfy bed, and decorated very nicely! The balcony with the view was what we mainly wanted and we weren't disappointed. The location is perfect walking distance to monastiraki square and the historic ruins, it only took us 20 minutes to reach the Acropolis and less than five to reach restaurants and bars. We fully recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

The AC worked great. The location was very close to the main square in Plaka, walking distance to the acropolis, walking distance to convenience stores that sell bottled water for about 1 euro for 1.25L, walking distance to a laundromat that can do your washing same day.
The elevator was a bit spooky, it dropped a bit when you got in and wobbled a bit going up. The toilet wasn’t sealed to the ground properly so was wobbling while we were sitting on it. The shower water leaked into the bathroom due to insufficient sealing the shower

Location and staff were awesome (food service, front desk and housekeeping) All wonderful.
Marketing pics were old did reflect 2 things that were important to me: restaurant on site and rooftop with Acropolis view. I realize there was no technical violation of fair marketing, but I think the website could be updated. Noisy street noise - lnvest in soundproof windows. Also, the door to the patio did not lock.

Location was good. Staff very pleasant.
Breakfast service was slow but understandable as only a small number of staff to serve so many tables at one time. Breakfast was cold on both days ,eggs and toast served cold. Could be improved by having self service which the hotel did in the past . Staff serving were very pleasant. Tea facilties and fresh fruit juice in the Breakfastroom may be something to consider if self service is not an option so while waiting for Breakfast can have a hot beverage or a cold drink.

Great location and super helpful staff, who helped us to find great restaurants. Tasty breakfast à la carte. Excellent water preassure in the shower (even though we stayed on the top floor).
The beds were a little hard. They charged money for making instant coffee with the kettle in the room. There is a great coffe shop close by, it will cost you less and you'll get "real" coffee.

The hotel is in the central position, next to everything one needs (I honesty hoped that it would be a bit further from the mess). Breakfast 'a la carte' was not bad but not spectacular either. Receptionists were really helpful. Free of charge water was left for us in the fridge.
The price for the accommodation after the COVID is so much elevated in Greece that it is even insane. Paying lots of money means receiving lots of high level services which is not always the case. For instance, this hotel does not have a parking in front of it which is a big minus. Since the tiny street in which the hotel ks situated could be rather busy it might be difficult to stop to load or unload the car. The 'blinds' in the room were replaced by one huge patchwork which looked rather original, however it didn't stop the light coming to the room from the sides. What I missed in all hotels we booked our accommodation is a simple stand with some important maps and information on the local sights / artisans / tourist attractions.

Hotel close to the city center and all kinds of different attractions within walking distance, the flea market and Montoserki Square, even the walk to the entrance to the Acropolis took 20 minutes at most. The staff is excellent, helped guide where needed and recommendations for good places to eat. A delicious and varied breakfast.
