We booked the room on the 5th floor, and the room was very large and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a fantastic view of the Parthenon both day and night and with amazing sunsets. However, more than the room, the staff of the hotel was amazing, and Frosi, who runs the hotel, is the best manager we have ever met!!! We fell in love with her for her friendliness, kindness, efficiency and her managerial qualities. She handled a situation we had experienced in the most professional way possible. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The location is great, minutes walk from any major attraction. The staff were very friendly and 24x7 in the reception. The room was clean and cleaned every day (but not under the bed). The bed was very comfortable and big. The room has plenty of lights, coffee machine (Nespresso) and a kettle, and a small fridge with some drinks and snacks (for sale, not free).

The room was very hot, no matter what we did with the air condition settings. Not to the point of discomfort, but still. We missed some storage room (cabinet or shelf). Coming for 6 days and still living out of the suitcase was a downer. We were also hoping for a more rich breakfast. The selection was fine, but it was not a buffet, so you couldn't have both eggs and fruit for example.

Amazing location right in the heart of Athens, walking distance to almost all main attractions in old town and sightseeing. Love the little restaurant Burrattino which serves both residents and by comers. The 4th floor and above rooms give an amazing view of the Acropolis from the balcony. Loved the big shower on the back of the bed. Cosy and spacious at the same time.

Price wise was a bit on the high end of what you can get from a luxury suite. One major issue is the humidity in the room from the shower which is not separated. Could be fixed with better drainage or perhaps ventilation above showers because it can leave an unpleasant odor from the standing water.

Location is superb. Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was really good in the cafe at the back of the property

The lift is really small and has a weight limit which means that with 2 large suitcases and 2 adults you couldn’t all fit in and if you could you would have probably been overweight for the lift - however the staff were great and they brought the luggage up for you which helped a lot. The bed was seriously uncomfortable. They had put a mattress topper over what I think was 2 singles and it was so lumpy and there was a huge dip in the middle. We didn’t get a good nights sleep all the nights we were there and even though we asked if anything could be done nothing was. Given the main purpose of having a room is for sleep please FIX THE BED !!

Wonderful small hotel, great location, amazing staff, CLEAN modern rooms. There are only two rooms per floor at this city center hotel, one side faces towards a small quiet alley and the other side faces the Acropolis. I had the 5th floor alley side and it was super quiet, also had black out curtains so if you wanted to sleep in it was no problem. There is also a small balcony you can sit out on to enjoy a drink or a cigarette if you have that nasty habit. The room is completely up to date and modern with a great bed, sheets and super soft supply of towels. Even the bathroom area has a heated floor for comfort. I really enjoyed it here and stayed for 7 nights. The location is amazing and convenient to all the important sites as well as tons of restaurants and shops and the Metro/Bus system. You really couldn't ask for a better location in Athens. Also the room included breakfast which is served in the Italian restaurant downstairs, you are given their menu and can pick out 3 different items..... it's a lot of food, I usually got an entree as well as fresh squeed OJ and a big cappuccino. Some days I just skipped the food part and had two drinks. Breakfast is offered from 8 to 11. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in years and the fact that the entire staff including the cleaning lady are super friendly is a big plus!!

The location, fantastic Acropolis view from the balcony, friendly and kind staff, breakfast were just fabulous!

When we arrived, they informed us that we were upgraded for free to the best room (no. 701). We checked in and felt in love with the room since you could see the view even laying on the bed. We unpacked and went out for dinner. As we came back, there was another person at the reception and he said our upgrade was not correct. He asked us to change the room at midnight (!) although I asked if it would be possible to stay 1 night and do the change in the morning. He insisted to do it right away. Anyhow they still upgraded us to another room yet it would have been even better if we had changed the room in the morning as this was fone incorrectly by them.

The location was perfect, It was right in the center of town and literally a block from Ermou St and all of downtown Athens but was still amazingly quiet. We had room 601 which took up the entire sixth floor of the hotel! The oversized balcony had 180 degree beautiful views both day and night of the PARTHENON . The room was outstanding with oversized walk-in shower, king bed and a living room area. The value was outstanding.....

Breakfast was average.

We came back for one night in the same place where we stayed last year. We really liked the room, now we got one with a terrace, more expensive, but it was worth it, the view to the Acropolis is fabulous. We love that it's right in the center, close to everything you need to see in Athens.

It wouldn't hurt to be a little cheaper, but given the position and the way the rooms look, we understand and take the effort because it's worth it. We stayed here last year and this year too, so we have nothing to complain about.

Eva and Statis were either robots equipped with AI , or they were the final point that humanity had to reach.🌝 Moreover, i must admit that establishing such a team, from the front office to the house keeping, requires superior skills Finally, the bathroom fixtures, the size of the shower ( 2 rain showers side by side with a seating opportunity ), cozy ambiance thanks to the lighting fixtures, from the quality of the slippers to the toothbrush, from the bathrobe to the multimedia facilities, bed size , comfortable pillows , 5+1 star hotel quality . Let's not even waste time talking about the location. Dont forget to get the tips of Athens. Congratulations !

The weather was a little rainy, but rest assured, if we had asked the management, they would have resolved this situation🌝

Amazing central location, the area around the hotel is nice and friendly too, a nice bustle but not noisy. Perfect for exploring Athens central. Jumped off the metro from the airport to Syntagma station and it is a very easy walk (with 20kg suitcase!) down the street to the hotel. Also easy to get taxis from outside and to walk around. Great location for the Acropolis. The decor is modern and comfortable and the huge shower in our room was dreamy. The toiletries and complimentary fresh fruit, tea and coffee is lovely touch. Balcony finished it off perfect and felt romantic and cute. AC worked effectively. Perfect to stay for a couple of nights. The breakfast at the café downstairs was really good, generous portion sizes and very aesthetically pleasing. All staff we met were sweet and helpful. For our first holiday, we felt welcomed and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It would be nice if they included free (no charge) bottled water, I am used to this from other hotels. Also the shower light flickered very occasionally but I guess this could be their electrical supply, to be expected in an ancient European city!
