I absolutely loved it here! Will 1000% be staying again! It is so close to the center and the stag was so welcoming and always available for any questions! This hotel is absolutely stunning! I truly have no complaints everything was so clean and working!

The hotel was in a very good location, only 5 minutes walk from the station and other transport connections. There is a nice view of the Acropolis from the hotel restaurant, absolutely beautiful sight in the morning sun. The hotel was very clean and nice looking, just as in the pictures. Staff were very nice and even welcomed us with a complementary bottle of wine and fruits.

Breakfast was cold on our first day unfortunately but they fixed this and it was much better on the second day. Could do with more options at the breakfast but definitely enough for a good breakfast is provided as is.

The hotel staff were all friendly and very helpful. At breakfast there was a vast choice of food which was great but the cooked foods were luke warm. We were upgraded to an executive room which was clean and comfortable but not particularly special. There was a bottle of red wine waiting for us as a gift from the hotel.

The hotel itself is great but the location is not so great. It’s in an area that is quite run down with lots of closed boarded up shops, graffiti and broken foot paths. Quite scary at night so we found it best to eat in the hotel. It is also not easy to find from the nearest metro station at Omonia and proved challenging to walk to with a large roller suitcase. We got a taxi back when we left the hotel early morning which cost €8 for the short ride to the metro station.

.Great hotel, all facilities are clean and new. The staff is marvelous, willing to help for any needs .The rooms are big and comfortable. We ordered 3 rooms and as we came they upgraded all the rooms The breakfast is at the top floor with very nice view of the acropolis. There is verity of food but I think no matching the level . of 5 stars, still there is plenty to eat The location is good, about 10 mins walk from center of Athens. There are many restaurants around the hotel, also vegan ones. Highly recommended.

On my arrival at the hotel, I wasn't happy with the noise level in my room (I am a light sleeper). Without any fuss, the excellent Christiana changed my room in minutes and refunded the difference in room rate. If only all hotel people were as dedicated and conscientious! Amazing service! I would definitely stay here again, as I told Christiana. Breakfast was OK if not amazing, but the service was impeccable. I mentioned to the staff that the juice was a little watered down. Without trying it, the member of staff made me a freshly squeezed orange juice at no charge. Exemplary service! The location is great for central Athens. 20 minutes' walk through mostly pedestrianized streets and you are in Monastiraki.

I was happy. Any problems were solved by the excellent staff without any fuss or complaints. Superb.

The room was clean, comfortable and nice. Big comfortable bed. Clean new comfortable bathroom. From the dining room during the breakfast (which was ok) you can see Acropolis.. The air-conditions in 43+ outside was working powerful. People on the reception were helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the area around the hotel. Even it is center of the city, very near to Omonia square, but the streets around i don't like. The only thing that i find strange in even new greek hotels that there is no bidet in the bathrooms, that could much increase the comfort.

The hotel staff were amazing, from reception to breakfast servers (or the bar at night at the terrace), everyone was all smiles, helpful & kind. I asked for a late checkout & they gave me what other hotels would charge me for at least 1/2 day. The people were a big win for me! Breakfast was simple but filling its purpose (maybe chocolate croissants shouldn't be overcooked, that's all). The rooms & corridors were quiet and that's great to get a proper rest.

Nothing too bad but the area around the hotel feels a bit sketchy at night with many homeless in dark corners.

The staff were absolutely lovely. Very helpful on check in and the man working at breakfast was also lovely. Bed was super comfortable and the room was quite big which were both great. Overall for the current reduced price it was good, however once the price rises to match similar properties I definitely would reconsider staying here.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised. No concierge service to help take bags up or even an offer. No hot water in the shower - warm but definitely not hot. Bit of a weird design in the room - no soap holder next to the basin. Two tiny lifts so when it's busy I'm not sure how things will go. Also the breakfast offering was just ok

The cleanliness of the room & hotel in general was exemplary. Information about the hotel was really good - informed us that it was a new hotel & that not all facilities were up & running & that this was reflected in the room rate. The view of the Acropolis from the roof top bar was really good, as were the bar staff.

The location, whilst convenient for access to the Metro, and very walkable to the main tourist areas of the city, does have a down at heel feeling, with many vacant shops and offices. After dark I think that this could feel a little intimidating for those not used to walking around less desirable areas of large cities, although I was particularly concerned or felt threatened. There does appear to be some regeneration underway, with several building having been recently refurbished (including this one) & several more schemes underway. Once the hotel is fully operational it will be interesting to see how much the room rates will rise to bearing in mind the quality of the general location.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Magda and Danny, who are very kind and professional. The staff is really excellent, they are very flexible and offered a free room upgrade, gave us welcome pack, allowed to check in much earlier and check out hours later because we had a late flight. Also very good location since it’s very close to the metro and city centre. The rooms were great, there is no noise and the bed was bery comfortable. Nice breakfast with delicious greek yoghurts, warm drinks, juices and fine bakery. We are definitely returning to this hotel!
