The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The pool was really nice, food was tasty. Taxi is available from the hotel, that said it will be 40€ and so was it, very correct, the driver was in time, everything was perfect. The metro station is like 8 mins walk. The room was basic but it was comfortable. The room service even prepared us toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving set, ear pickers, make up cleaners, there was body lotion, shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom. And we got free soft drinks.

A bit noisy because I guess it’s a popular hotel for example class trips. It was far from the center but 20 mins from the airport, so it was good.

The staff was really nice and friendly. The room was really nice and really clean. The pool was also very nice. The staff really makes you feel at home.

The location is pretty relaxing and quiet. The downside of this is that the city center is 10 kilometers away and I didn’t find the public transportation really good. So I took a taxi everytime I wanted to visit the city, that could get a little expensive but that was the only downside. Wonderful visit overall.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel we were made to feel extremely welcome. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was already available - perfect spot overlooking the pool and restaurant/terrace and perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down. Our room was extremely clean and tidy and the lovely toiletries and non alcoholic beverages in the fridge were a very nice touch. Kettle for tea and coffee was quickly provided on request. The receptionists were very helpful and knowledgeable about Athens and the surrounding area. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, the food was of a very high quality and nothing was too much trouble - you only had to ask. The hotel was in the perfect location for our stay and cannot wait to come back next year.

The pool was a little cold but to be honest rather refreshing after a day site -seeing in the beautiful city of Athens. To be honest there was nothing to dislike.

The hotel is in a lovely residential location, close to a large mall. The room was spacious and the two main beds were very comfortable, The staff was kind and helpful. I requested a late check out and they offered me to stay longer than I requested, for no extra charge. The children had lots of fun in the pool, and there are lots of loungers available for adults.

The 3rd bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. In the morning, the cleaners were very loud talking to each other in the corridor and woke us up much earlier than needed.

We stayed in the new deluxe rooms. It was great for us as we had a room for me and my wife and an adjoining room for the kids. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable with large balconies overlooking the pool. The hotel is a short walk to the metro to get into town and a 10 min walk into Maroussi. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a pretty area of Athens. Not far from the airport and walking distance to the metro station to take you into town. You can also get the suburban train to the airport from the station. Also a stone's throw to the Mall Athens. Large rooms with free mini bar. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The only thing I'd suggest is for the address on booking.com to be updated to the street where the entrance of the hotel is. The current address, Eptalofou takes you to the rear entrance, which could be confusing, even for taxis, and more so for first time guests.

Close to Metro and Suburban Rail line, so easy to get to airport. Large shopping mall also next to metro station.

No Tea/coffee facilities in room. Workmen currently on another phase of hotel started work around 7a.m., so could be noisy at times.

I liked the individual packaging on the towels and on some items of use. The room was spacious and very clean.

I missed some little things in the room, such as napkins, a notepad to leave a note to my companion when I left room and he was still sleeping, for example. On my view there was a small number of hangers in the wardrobe.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bedroom was very clean, renovated and comfortable. We were in the same building so we had contact with the rest of the group.

Everything was perfect.

Staff very helpful and nice. Spacious room with a nice view. The swimming pool is a plus as well as the restaurant. Not far away from the station going straight to the airport. Residential area but from a walking distance to Kifisa district.

Bathroom could be refreshed to make it perfect.
