The location was great, and the room provided everything that you could possibly think of to accommodate a short stay. The facilities were excellent and could not be faulted. Also, the balcony, and table and chairs, were very much appreciated.

The room was small, but then that was to be expected as this is not a hotel. If you are staying for more than a couple of nights the lack of space may prove problematic. Cigarette smoke was slightly detectable, probably from the adjoining balcony.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was very nice of them to let us check in earlier than the usual time since we arrived early in the morning. Nice location, close to bus stops and shopping areas. Breakfast limited but for me it was enough and delicious. Nice, clean room.

A bit more lighting in the room and more comfortable pillows. Other than that, it was perfect, although a bit on the expensive side.

The neighbourhood/location was great. The room was clean and there was coffee, water and a couple of drinks as a welcome gesture.

The room was a bit small, although had everything needed. There were very few towel racks/hangers in the bathroom. The elevator was narrow, it barely fitted two persons.

The room was too small (especially for the price), very basic facilities. Unless you plan simply to use the room for sleeping, you should consider other options in the hotel (a larger room).

the property was clean and comfortable, with a huge balcony and amazing view. check in was easy, even though it was after hours staff was available for communication. great place to stay if you need to be out of the city center or want to be closer to airport. the area is very nice and safe. i went on a Sunday so a lot was closed, but seems to be a decent amount of shops and food in the area.

the property is close to a bus line, but in a suburb away from city center so it may not be great for a typical tourist or first time Athens visitor. the airport transfer price was a bit shocking, as it was quoted at 40 euro when a taxi ride only cost 33 euro.

Location was perfect for us since it was close to Oaka stadium, and we came to Athens to be at Ejekt festival. The bus station is near, about 5 min walking. Just bear in mind that you can only buy tickets at the metro station which is a bit further away. So I suggest buying your tickets in advance. Rooms are perfect for a short stay. They are small, but clean, and have all the basic stuff you need. Each day they put two new bottles of water in the fridge which was very nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was nice as well.

The only thing I didn't like were the bathroom lights, they are too dim, so it is very difficult to dress up or put your make-up on.

It was easy to collect the keys when i checked in. But I accidentally lost my room key during my stay, and it was very hard to communicate through the emergency number. I needed help from a greek friend to communicate over the phone so we could sort out how to get a new key for me.

The heat in Athens, bit this is nothing to do with this accomodation

So I chose this appartment so it's close to Mitera hospital which was literally maximum 5mins walk. The service was excellent, cleaners did great job the receptionist were excellent always gave us a ring to check we needed anything extra. At 1 point of our stay it heavily snowed which we lost electricity for 13hours due to bad weather, but before this our receptionist warned us and said they will do room service for our paid breakfast, usually we had to go down stairs for breakfast but due to bad weather this was a service I loved "cosy in our bed with breakfast".

Because of heavy snow we lost electricity for 13 hours which wasn't pleasant specially of you have to take medicine and injections in the dark, plus we had low phone charge so we couldn't use flash light. I would recommend the company to invest in some sort of backup so we can have the electricity even if the main power goes. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
